No vending machines. Located in a town that shuts down by 8pm. Got woke up at 4:45am to the neighbors cooking something that smelt like something horrible. The nicest part of this stay was the showers and the view but not the property itself

I really like the location. The lodge is pretty much right in the center of town within easy walking distance of everything. They are currently doing renovations but the unit we stayed in was nicely accommodated. I also like that they're a pet friendly location which made it very nice for us to bring our pups along.

Half the property was under construction as the crew was blasting music throughout the day. The walls were thin and our neighbors were disruptive. Parking was terrible due to the construction materials being staged there.

I enjoyed the experience. It was my girlfriend’s first time in Red River. Great experience and the hotel was clean and friendly. The only complaint was the children running up and downstairs on Saturday night, but that is ok. If one complaint I thought the place had a hot tub, but that was years ago. Otherwise, great experience.

They are in the middle of an extensive remodel. Our room is going to be very nice when they get all of their furniture in. We had no nightstands, no couch to sit on, NO bars to hang clothes on. Bed was very comfortable and rainfall shower was nice but no shelving in shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. Limited parking due to piles of inventory for the remodel.

They are in the process of completely remodeling every room. The furniture and fixtures, especially in the bath room, have fresh modern flair. The shower is amazing, and the TV is large. The manager with very friendly and helpful. I asked about the hot tub, and he said it would be finished in the spring. I will definitely stay here again!

This place was a disaster. They were in the middle of a remodel and their parking area was piled with building supplies. Very limited to those needing accessibility. No heads up on property listing that this was happening. Not enough parking available for a holiday weekend. Front desk didnt care at all.

We arrived without reservations and I needed beds for 6 adults. The staff set us up with adjoining rooms that were more than sufficient. The rooms were freshly remodeled and all appliances were like new. I was so pleased with the cleanliness of the entire property. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could. It will be my place to stay when visiting Red River N.M. We loved our stay!!!

No air conditioning. No fridge. You have to leave a box fan in the open window to get any air. Lights from the walkway light up the room making it hard to sleep, since you have to leave the window open. Water in the shower cycles from very cold to scalding hot and you have to keep adjusting it. It's certainly in a convenient spot, but we wouldn't stay here again.

The property is in the process of being renovated, and they were careful to keep noise and ongoing work respectfully quiet. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite with a king bed, a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room area. TVs in the kitchen area and in the bedroom. The blackout curtains and the bathroom shower with rain, waterfall, multi-directional body spray, and a handheld showerhead were awesome. We would stay again.

I was very impressed with the room.... the outside of the hotel looked older and dated by the inside was really nice and modern. The rain shower was AWESOME. Lol.....id definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 king suite that has been newly remodeled. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The rainfall multi-headed shower was amazing! The kitchen is ready to use with dishes, cups and utensils. There is active remodeling happening now, but it did not affect our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay again!

Amazing, the owner / manager was amazing, helpful, just made our stay even better. I highly recommend thisnproperty. Its under construction in some areas, doesnt matter. Its middle of town, close to everything. Wonderful!

when we booked this property we didn't realize is was being remodeled, the parking lot is full of construction material and junk very unsafe, plus it took up half the parking lot. when we checked in the office staff and several customers were drinking in the lobby and several were very drunk. the first room they gave was nothing like the picture shown on there website,they did move us into a better room that was very difficult to get to do to all the junk in the parking lot. i was very unhappy with this property and think we should get some kind of refund!!!! i would not recomend this property to anyone at this time,

Nicely remodeled and comfortable. They need new photos on hotels.com to show how nice it looks after the renovation! I was shocked as it was much nicer than what I thought I’d be getting. Pleasant surprise. Also it’s smack dab in the center of town, so it’s close to everything!

Check-in was great. Front desk was attentive. Pet-friendly=dogs bark all night. Walls super thin. I feel like we "watched the movie with our neighbors" although we did not plan on it. Next door neighbors were loud and the dogs smelled through the locked adjoining door. The lodge itself is great, clean and comfortable. It is right across the street from a brewery which was convenient but the live music was LOUD! Maybe I'm old, but if you want a quiet, peaceful stay, this is not it.

I have stayed here a number of times. The location is mid town in small hamlet of red river so it’s walking distance to everything. This hotel is on the rustic side as everything in Red River is but has recently been remodeled and has Been sold and is undergoing another extensive remodel. No breakfast here yet but several places to eat breakfast in town. Some rooms are suites with fireplace. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Recommended stay…

Red River is a small town and all restaurants close by night. We hit a snow diving in so we didn’t make it in time to eat dinner. The owner offered us a large pizza he had. Was probably one the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. They are remodeling but the rooms were great. Would recommend 100%

Great location, parking was accessible to everyone and we had to park in the back alleyway which was inconvenient. Our original room was not clean, but the guy got us a new room quickly. The shower was amazing with great water pressure.

excellent location in middle of Red River. Rooms have been remodeled and updated. parking can be a little tight but like we did we got there early and stayed. everything is walkable from the hotel.

Nice accommodations. The exterior of the building is outdated but was pleasantly surprised by the updates and modernized rooms. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Loved the shower head too! Location was centrally located so you could walk to most restaurants and shopping. There was some construction going on right next to our room so there was some early morning staple gun noises but we were already up. Would stay again.
