Habitación en casa de familia

El apartamento es nuevo y está bastante bien. Le falta algunas cosas, como una cafetera para poder tomarte un café cuando te despiertas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y al ser una planta baja no pudimos abrir la ventana pues nos veían desde la calle.

Me gustó mucho lo bonito y conservado que es , creo que podría mejorar el sistema de comunicación y proporcionar productos de limpieza para la habitación

Well, I will start by saying that I was surprised by the size of the room, which was even smaller then a standard hotel room. It definitely did not match the image online in terms of space. Though it can serve well young travelers who pass by for a couple of days but for my older son and I, it did not work and sadly we booked it for 11 days. Right on the first day we had no hot water, the fresh paint on the walls was so strong that it gave me headache, I kept the shades on the windows down because anyone can see right in (no privacy). In the middle of the night the fire alarm sounded for good 10 minutes. I did not care for the area at all - or better say the block where the building is located at. It was filthy. the lady who communicated with me via Whatsapp was very nice to listen to my complaint but she said that they can't move me since everything looks the same (not in the picture on hotel.com - it does not) and they could not refund me. Honestly, I gave up and left after 2 days. It was not worth it for me. I had anxiety, headache and over all discomfort being there. In my opinion, Not ideal for family or older folks. A young couple trying to save on stay in Madrid for a couple of days possibly but might as well stay in a hostel.

A very nice place! Sometimes the fire alarm in the nights can be annoying but the rest is amazing, I will recommend it every time!
