Room, gym & common spaces were all clean. Quick, easy check in at front desk. Very nice, hot breakfast. Pool was smaller than expected amd slightly dirty. Fresh towels fully stocked in pool area.

Pool was out of order, staff didn't seem to know or care about this. Very disappointed kids that turn into frustrated parents. Room was in ok shape but I question how well that cleaned when my daughter found a $5 bill on the floor, how of all this was money not cleaned up. Makes you wonder what else was not cleaned.

The pancake maker both days of our stay and the coffee make the second day weren’t working. Not terribly inconvenient but when I asked for more Kuerig pods from the front desk, they scrounged up one decaf. No offer to bring me more or anything. So front desk staff kept me from rating this excellent but cleaning staff were very pleasant! Bed was a little firm for my liking but not unbearable. The children’s pool was awesome!!!!

Really disappointing to check in and find pool area not open.

This was our second stay at this hotel. I was less happy with it this time because the pool was quite cold and the floor of it looked like it needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the pool, kiddie pool and large hot tub are ideal for families. The bathroom in our room was really showing its age and looking a little run down. Toilet did not flush completely most of the time, toilet seat and paper holder were in poor condition. The water for the tub/shower gets ridiculously hot - so be careful with kids. Positives - Good beds, quiet, lots of grab bars in the handicapped bathroom, good breakfast, friendly staff. Turn up the heat in the pool and I will be back.

Great breakfast, nice staff. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Gym which is essential for us had everything we needed. Restraunts close by was also convenient.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient for our plans. We enjoyed the pool area. The small kids enjoyed the fish slide. The area was very clean. We had the restaurant next door deliver a meal, which was very good. We will definitely return.

My room was not clean when I checked in. Hair in the sink and all over the counter, both from a beard and long hair. The shower also had a used wash cloth and bar of soap on the ledge. There was coffee stains in the sink as well and maybe dried mucus? Absolutely disgusting.

The phone in our room didn’t work, there was no toilet paper in our room. The carpet was damp and it smelt very bad, there was mold in the corner of the bathtub and on the ceiling.

Our room was missing sheets and bedding on the pull out couch. It had black hair balls on it. The shower wasn’t the cleanest. I ran the water to try clean it up a bit. We were here a couple years ago and it’s not the same condition it used to be. I won’t stay again.

The room was clean but could use a deeper clean in areas like the carpet, couch and office chair. The bathroom door was unable to latch and the main room door was smaller than the frame. Several primary TV channels (CBS, weather, ABC) were blank and unavailable. A snow storm moved through during our stay causing the outer automatic open door to not close completely as snow built up. I had to grab the nearby shovel to clean the area for safety and to help the door close. The breakfast was hot/cold, respectively for each item: eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, milk, juice bar and coffee bar. I would stay here again.

Likes: Comfortable mattress, ease of check-in, helpful staff. Dislikes: Everything else.. The room was humid the entire time, making the bedding feel wet. The fan didn't work in the bathroom. The AC was loud when it kicked on and it didn't help with it being located right next to the bed, but that's pretty common. The flooring was not visibly dirty except for dirty grout in the bathroom and walking around barefoot made the bottoms of my feet dark (disgusting!). Definitely not worth the price we paid and we will not be revisiting.

This whole experience was ridiculous! Booked through Expedia to make it easier and prepaid for everything. Arrived at the hotel after 5pm (check in was at 3pm). Only 1 of our rooms was ready so we had to wait an additional hour and a half just to check into our other room. We already had been driving over 5 hours with 3 kids so needless to say this was not what we wanted to do! When there was an issue the staff would switch from English to Spanish to talk with one another in front of us which made us feel they were talking poorly about us. We got up to the room that was ready and found a giant spider crawling on one of the beds. There was mold on the top part of the wall in the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and you had to shower in the dark because the light didnt work (this was room 215). When we finally got our second room it was NOT the adjoining room we requested but instead a room 2 floors up! The fourth floor reeked of weed multiple nights in a row. The pool area was dirty and the bottom of the pool was caked in brown up. Left a day early due to overall experience and when Expedia attempted to get our money refunded for the day we left early, low and behold they could never reach the general manager. This hotel needs a complete management/staff overhaul. The ONLY decent staff member was their cook and the only good experience was the morning complimentary breakfast. So I guess if you want to spend $850 for breakfast then this is the hotel for you.

Very clean! One lamp in our room was broke! Not quite d/2 realizing our room was above the pool. Very noisy, plus the room by us had a child who was quite loud & disturbing. Plus, our room made some kind of loud noise all night & I got very little sleep. I would stay here again, just not on that end of Hotel. Would prefer quiet room that isn’t surrounded by several other rooms. Felt cornered in a way!

The air conditioner was s9 loud I had to turn it off while sleeping.

The staff that checked me in were very nice but the room was quite run down. Bath tub was chipped, hair in tub, paint peeling from door, rust on light fixtures, TV was ++ small and there was this really questionable bed skirt made out of some sorta fake leather.. I would not rebook into this hotel.

Great hotel! Great breakfast and pool area for the kids. My only gripe is the thin walls, you can literally hear everything outside the room and the rooms next door. Would stay again though

Pros: clean, easy access. Bed comfortable. Con: Very little sound abatement between rooms. Neighbors tv can be heard. They sneeze or cough and it’s like they are in the same room.

We made multiple calls to the front desk about the adjoining room being way too loud (like yelling constantly), and they never even seemed interested in quieting the noise. The walls are really thin, so you can hear every footstep, the elevator, every conversation. Would not recommend unless you're hard or hearing!

The beds were very very comfortable

Property was clean, room 219 smelled fresh when I walked in, be nice to have a more modern tv, the one in the room has a little age to it, maybe a new 48" tv

Front desk staff person on the morning shift was very rude and unhelpful when I was looking for a cart for luggage. She couldn't be bothered to assist in any way.

Its was pretty good besides the fact i paid for both rooms in full at hotels.com then when i got there was asked for my card to do a security deposit but was charged for both rooms again so a total of almost $800. When i brought it to the staff attention i was double charged for eachroom I was told they were unable to cancel either transaction.

The customer service was not exceptional. The guy at the front asked for my debit card for incidentals and then charged my card for the rate of the room after I had payed through expedia(so I got double charged) when they were spoken to they said it may come back in 3 business days. I did not authorize this. This is the second time they have done something wrong because of me booking through Expedia.

I booked a sweet king size bed and sofa bed when we checked into the hotel and got to the room it weighs a chair with a king size bed for my family of four was very disappointed when it was brought to their attention I was promised 50% off my room nothing was done about it Will never recommend this place to anybody

Noisy with music from bar next door. Air conditioner rattled and was noisy when it turned on.

Nice staff, walking distance to movie theater and bar. Target is close. Grandkids loved the pool.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast with a lot of options. The refrigerator in our room was making all kinds of horrible noises all night so we didn’t have a restful night. Staff was ok, not overly friendly or helpful.

Room was clean, carpet was torn,old. Bottom of the bathroom door is weathered and was pealing, needs updating. The tub needs traction pads put on it, pretty slick . The breakfast was very good and stays open later than most so that was nice to sleep in and still get something to eat.

Place was clean. Beds were good. Appreciated assortment of pillows. Hubby said breakfast was the best hotel breakfast he’s had in a while.

We stay in a few hotels every year and this by far was our favorite! Not only was it clean, updated and quiet but the breakfast was GREAT! The place next door to eat was amazing as well. Will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay! The breakfast is great, however the breakfast area is not nearly large enough to accommodate guests in the morning on weekends. There was a meeting room they should open to alleviate everyone trying to cram in a very small area.
