While the room seemed clean, the moment we walked in we could smell a very musty damp smell. We needed to open an window to try to freshen the air. Also while I like East Indian food, I really don't like that the hotel smelled like Indian cooking though out. Breakfast was terrible. To the hotel owners, you need stir sticks with your coffee and creamer packets. You need to fill your breakfast trays. You need to have a dehumidifier in your rooms. You also need to spray your rooms with insecticide spray. It was not fun having a spider crawling on you in bed while your trying to sleep. Truly a disgusting experience.

Cleanliness was hit and miss.there was cereal under the coach. There was hair on the towels and inbetween the sheets. We had to make our own bed, which did not have a blanket on the drawer just a top sheet. We booked for 3 adults and 2 children and we ended up getting sleeping accomodations for 4 people so 1 person had to sleep on the couch cushions of the pullout on the floor. so I guess couch cushions are a bed. Also the room had one chair and literally there was no place to sit down. There was a loud party in the pool room until 9 o'clock which the noise carried down the halls so when the pool closed at 9 the party continued in the main entrance lounge until after 11 pm so it was even louder. complaints were dismissed by management. When you walk into the entry way to check in, you are greeted by no less than 12 laminated white signs about rules of everything you can imagine. There was no Wi-Fi but about 4 signs about the rules about using the pool which we couldn't even use because it was crowded by greater than 40 people. The breakfast and bar area was clean. The breakfast was fine heavy on the carbs but no protein.
