No fridge Bs microwave The pool has been closed for 2 years yet it was still listed with hours of operation. I want my money back. The employees were extremely racist & one guy literally was always asleep on night shift as soon as he got there. & he literally did not know how to run night audit, extend stays, or even re-key a room key. We had no choice but to stay there as everywhere else was sold out.

One Microwave for the entire motel. Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. They need to remodel.

Didn\'t read the reviews. I should have. The place is a dump. I assume it\'s a former welfare hotel trying out as something else. Literal holes in the wall, mold, broken fans, dangling broken light fixtures, a shower that would be only be useful if you\'re under 4ft tall, terrible, stained bedding, etc... But, hey! The rooms are nothing like the Expedia page shows.Limited parking,had to pay $26 at a parking stall.VERY DIRTY INSIDE AND OUT!

A calm place and the location of the hotel is excellent as one can access exciting areas within walking distance. Sharing of the same microwave is a minus. One has to walk outside with whatever to warm it up.

I was all set to give them 4 stars. But while the building and furnishings are in desperate need of updating, I found the room and grounds quite clean. For the price I payed for a downtown with free parking, I certainly didn't mind the the wear and tear on the facilities. But, I was there for 3 days and never had hot water. I let them know several times and was assured it would be fixed, but it never was. Fortunately, I don't mind a cold shower. But if my wife had been with me, it would have been an absolute deal breaker.

This may be the property for you as you constantly feel the open-air breezes through the windows and doors and hear the non-stop running water from the shower. How about a getaway from the hustle and bustle of modern life? Perfect: the television is not programmed for use and the refrigerator is broken. There is a microwave (albeit outdoors), but no ice machine in sight or telephone in the room. Maybe you would just prefer the coziness of gathering around a campfire. Well, the room heater did briefly catch fire, setting off the room\'s smoke detector so I can verify that piece of equipment worked. "I don\'t have anything better. Just give it about ten minutes," the property manager said after fishing a singed AA battery and plastic utensil out of the bottom of the heater. "Let the room clear out and it will be fine" was the solution. I can\'t speak for the other rooms, though many appeared unrentable due to visibly broken exterior glass. I watched my neighbors check in and lug their baggage upstairs, only to checkout not it ten minutes later. This is probably a fair indictment, though I hope they received their $100 cash deposit back immediately. I don\'t want to ding housekeeping for poor maintenance though my room was only serviced once in my 3-night stay and I arrived to leftover Panda Express in my warm fridge. Overall, not the best.

I'm sensitive to dust and many of the vents were in need of cleaning. The pool was filthy. No way around that.

I paid for 5 nights but I only stayed 4, they did not refund me for the night I no longer stayed, the pool was too dirty, the area was very old and in poor condition.

The room has bed bugs and i am covered in bites. I left the room after only being there a few hours and they refused to issue a refund. Do not stay at this place. Ever

It was so dirty in my room the walls were peeling the table was coming apart. The paint all over. The bathroom had no light bulbs and the counter was messy. Bed was clean but that’s about it .

We had to get another room because the one we initially got had Bedbugs and we noticed in the middle of the night! The second room was okay. But still a very disappointing inconvenience. Waking up from little creatures in your bed.

The pictures were not a good representation of the property. The whole place looked like it was falling apart. Outdated sheets/curtains. Slept on top of sheets/comforter due to the cleanliness. Broken furniture in the room. Thin walls/windows, can hear everything. Fire alarm system off the wall when entered. Butterfly stencils on the ground of the shower tub. Tried to make it look like the toilet was washed/new, it was dirty. Smelt like bleach when walked in. The lock on the door didn’t work, did not feel safe. 20$ cash deposit, sketchy. Will never stay here again, and will tell anyone that needs to hear it to not stay here as well.

Pedí cambio y me dijeron q no tenían mas habitaciones, cucarachas, el baño sucio, la cama llena de pelos, las sabanas quemadas con cigarro, realmente horrible! El peor lugar donde me he quedado. We were afraid to touch or use anything in the room. My daughter cried and wanted to sleep in the car! Room right on busy street so traffic noise is really loud so there is no way to sleep through the night. The next day I asked for another room but was told that there was no other room. The guy next to our room stands outside our door and smokes so I can smell it in our room because the door has cracks around the edges which lets light in. The WiFi does not work. This property is not what it advertises and should not be marketed by Expedia.

Stains on the carpet, cockroaches, sink water came out brown, holes in the walls, worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

It had roaches, broken locks, broken remote, messed up wallpaper and ceiling, and was unsafe.

There were rats all over the property. Dirty room with horrific bedding with holes and burn marks. It was very seedy and felt unsafe. Terrible bathroom with barley a trickle of water.

A lot of messy or broken furniture, such as no shower curtain, door, broken cabinet, dirty walls, chipped and damaged table, no running water for hours due to a supposed broken pipe, and lack of a refund.

Pros: The room was clean. Lots of daylight. Cons: A window louver was crooked so it let air in from outside, and the outside noise was also much louder because of this. The room did not have a bedside lamp. The overhead lights did not work without standing on the bed and fiddling with the fluorescent tubes. The electrical outlet on the wall with the beds was connected to the overhead light switch, so it could not be used when the lights were off. There was no dead bolt on the door to the room. There was no hand towel.

Room was very small as compare to what it look like in photos, inside room there was a honey bee, one of the tube lights was not working, there was big hole in the bathroom gate, towels were too small, tap has no water pressure and you cannot stop water in bath tub, TV was not working, from inside property looks like very old, when we enter there was a weird smell in the room.

Literally the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed in. shower was so gross i wouldn’t use it. toilet would wobble when you sat on it. missing smoke detector. broken fridge with rust on top and door falling off. no deadbolt or chain lock on main door of room. pool was closed which is a blessing because the water looked worse than a sewage treatment plant. for the security deposit they charge 20 cash. no cards allowed for it. had to walk 8 blocks to the bank to get the cash out. dresser with missing knobs. dirty carpet and smelly rooms. paint is bubbling off the wall. Honestly it was super cheap and that’s the only nice thing i can say about it. i wouldn’t leave anything of value in the room unless you want it stolen. every review over one star is clearly done by hotel staff and owners

the shower head was broken and spraying mostly backwards away from the nozzle it was attached to the spout by packing tape, when brought it up after my first night there, was told to just jiggle the handle to make it work...suggested this wasn\'t the issue but would "try" it, well the next day it fell off and hit me on the head...the other person i talked to had it fixed by the time i got back from lunch.

I paid $100 per night and the sink leaked. The television was broken. The tub did not drain properly and filled up every time I would take a shower and flow over if I moved around. The Christmas decorations played carols loudly all night which could be heard from my room across the parking lot. I was in room # 125. The atm was broken you had to walk two blocks to the nearest one. I guess the only good thing was that they held my luggage while I went to the atm for the cash deposit.

My stay here continues to be great. Staff are helpful and accommodating across the board communicating and straightforwardness.

Excellent staff and atmosphere!

We had prepaid for two nights and had to pay a cash deposit at check in to the guy behind the security screen (a bit of a give away) at reception. We went to our room, quickly decided personal safety was paramount. Returned to our car with our luggage and found another hotel that offered friendly checkin, sans the bullet proof screen, a clean room and a sense of security. Tbh I misread the rating, assuming 4.2 was scored out of 10 - my bad. This was the last leg of a long trip, i was looking to contain my budget, but didn’t think twice about losing $400 and getting out of there

Está muy buena ubicación, personal muy agradable.

ダウンタウンロサンゼルスMetro 7th street metro center駅から徒歩10分ほどの場所にあるので交通の便は非常に良い。また、インド系のオーナーの方が非常に優しくサービスもして貰える。ただ、建物自体がかなり古く、リネンなどもシミだらけなので清潔さを重要視される方にはオススメしません。安くて都心のモーテルを探している方には良いと思います。

Los empelados tiene un buen trato contigo, tratam de comunicarse contigo aunque no hables ingles. La zona es tranquila pero si puedes encontrar vagabundos, pero donde no los hay. Te dan tefrigerador y tienes acceso a microondas, cerca del centro caminado y muy cerca del metro.

ホテルというよりモーテルです。設備は古めですが泊まるには問題ありませんでした。風呂はバスタブがありますが、風呂栓がなかったのでビニール袋で代用しました。シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出ました。クラーは快適です。TVもあるのですが2日目から映らなくなりました。最寄り駅からは徒歩10分程度、駅近辺にはセブンイレブン、スタバや丸亀製麺があり比較的便利です。ホテル近辺にはカフェとハンバーガ屋くらいで食事できるところはあまりありません。近くに酒屋が３軒あるので、飲み物や軽食は入手可能です。共用の電子レンジがあるので、セブンイレブンや酒屋で購入した冷凍食品も解凍可能です。部屋にポットはありませんでした。チェックアウト後に夕方まで荷物を預かって貰えました。近辺にはホームレスが散見されるので治安はそんなによくありません。価格が安いので低コストの旅には向いています。

It was dirty & rundown, and in a VERY unsafe area of town. Wasn’t at all what the advertising pictures showed. My husband actually wouldn’t let us stay the night since he felt unsafe that we’d be asleep and couldn’t lock our door. And also he figured it was likely we’d have a window bashed in on our Tesla in the morning😬

First, let me say that the front desk people with whom I interacted were very gracious and kind, but this property is just horrendous. We’re talking about Los Angeles, where room rates are through the roof and such things as aesthetics and personal security must often be sacrificed for affordability. There are homeless encampments springing up around many parts of Los Angeles, and the area around this hotel is certainly no exception. Makeshift tents and human feces dot the sidewalks within half a block. I can not recommend venturing off property after dark. If I owned the property, I would be embarrassed by the condition of the rooms. Based solely upon my room, it was fairly clean, the A/C worked fine and the bed was suitably comfortable. The rest of it, however, was like a frat house archetype. There were cigarette burns on the edges of one of the side cabinets, which accentuated the obvious absence of its drawer. Graffiti was painted on the inside of the one on the other side. The cables for the TV and cable box were a snakelike mass, sagging down over the mirror. Years of dripping water have stained the tub, and the hot water tap in the sink had nearly nonexistent water pressure. The battery had been removed from the smoke detector and I shudder to think of what lurked in the carpet. It makes me uneasy to give such a poor rating. I do so only because, if it were my hotel, I’d want to know. On the plus side, the gardenias at the bottom of the stairs smelled fabulous.
