Wonderful accommodation. The property itself has been so lovingly decorated and maintained. Staff are so very obliging and helpful. Location is great with a lovely walk through the park from the city. Parking very easy.

Nice and inviting house. Convenient parking on the street near the house. A very pleasant room. The host is hospitable, did everything to make our stay pleasant and enriched our knowledge about Northern Ireland in general and Londonderry in particular.

Tucked away in a small neighborhood. Parking is tight. The room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was really small but there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delightfully delicious. Really good coffee.

We only had one night in Londonderry and we believe we made a good choice with this bed and breakfast. The host was very nice and provided a good breakfast. The location was good. It was walkable restaurants and sights we wanted to see while in Londonderry. We were able to park very close. The room was good for us and we were happy to have our own bathroom. The room was a little small for managing big travel suitcases but that was expected. Overall, our experience was great and I’d be happy to return if I have the opportunity. I’d also recommend it to others.

The staff and proprietor were awesome with information and helpfulness. The room was exceptionally clean. The town was a little too far to walk even though we tried. We had to take a taxi back.

Rose Park is a lovely B&B with spacious, cute rooms in a safe area a bit outside the city center. The family who runs this place is so amazing! They are all very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The property is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood. The host was inviting, pleasant, and provided a brief history lesson that allowed us to appreciate Derry much more! There are a couple pubs and a pizza place within 1-2 minute walk. The walk to Derry Walls (and area) is conveniently ~15 minutes away, however, be prepared to walk up and down steep inclines/many stairs - bringing a bottle of water would have been a good idea. Cheers!

The room was a little small for managing big travel suitcases but that was expected. Overall, our experience was great and I’d be happy to return if I have the opportunity. I’d also recommend it to others.

Mary runs a delightful inn in a working-class area of Londonderry (Derry). While there is no parking on the premises, there is ample street parking and it’s a very quiet and safe area. The house is decorated tastefully and comfortably--I have rarely been this comfortabe. Our room and all the main areas were spotless and there were many nice touches, like the heated towel rack in the bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was served as a buffet in the dining room. It was fresh and delicious, in a lovely setting. The house is located a short walk from the waterfront with easy access to historic sites, bars, and restaurants. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Derry, we will try to stay at Rose Park House again.

This is one of the best B&B's I have stayed in. Very clean and modern, the breakfast was great and the owners were very accommodating. Highly recommended.
