For families with little ones, we provide baby safety gates for your peace of mind. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on one of the two balconies or unwinding inside, this is your home away from home. This is a townhouse and requires climbing stairs to the main living space with living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath and laundry and you will climb another set of stairs to 2nd level with the bedrooms and full bathrooms. We respect your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. However, we are available via the booking app or phone should you need any assistance during your visit. 1) Extended Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, additional fees for mid-stay cleanings are required. We change out linens every 3-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition for you. 2) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a non-refundable property damage protection fee. This covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages, subject to exclusions. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest. 3) Pre-Arrival Check-In: Prior to your arrival, the primary guest must complete our online pre-arrival form via Guesty.
