Amazing hotel. Seems brand new. Front desk attendant helped us when our keys didn’t work on the door of our room at check in. Only issue is that housekeeping attempted to open our door two ours before checkout without knocking. Luckily we had the lock on. But would stay again.

No remote for tv and went to call down to desk and no cord for phone. So had to walk down and ask about remote. And employee actually said the remote Is black are you sure it’s not there. I’m sure I know what a remote looks like. So he gave me a new one and that one wouldn’t work on the tv. Had to go back down stairs and he didn’t believe me so he came up to my room and said look it’s on. Of course it was on… I hit the power button on the tv but I’m not going to stand there and change channels until my husband finds something he wants to watch. So he gave me another remote that changed the channels but it had some type of audio setting that announced the channel and channel number every time. It was so loud and annoying we just turned it off. Just wanted to lay down and watch some tv before bed. AC unit was so loud and making weird noises all night and we couldn’t sleep. Finally had to turn it off just so we could sleep. Room was so hot that sleep didn’t happen either. Could hear every noise outside the room.could hear everything in the hallway and rooms above us also. Room was clean but will never stay there again
