Room was clean. Exhaust fan in restroom was non-functioning. 1/2 pillows was weird. I and my suite mate wouldve preferred full sized pillows. Key cards were hard to work with (toof 5 to 10 times to get them to function correctly and unlock the door. Understaffed: there is a bar in the lobby that would've been great, except that there was no bartender. The front desk employee was also the"bartender", and also the maintenance staff. Woefully understaffed. Overall, the room was clean, and the front desk clerk was helpful, but could've used some help. She did a great job filling multiple roles, but the hotel is definitely sacrificing service for staffing dollars. If stay again, but would hope the staffing shortage and non- working bathroom exhaust fan was functional.

What I disliked were the parking spaces; they were too small and needed more room for loading and unloading luggage. However, I appreciated that it was a dog-friendly facility.

Hotel was in very poor repair. Pool wasn’t heated and hot tub wasn’t working. Bother of them were being worked on to repair. Overall repair of the hotel was very poor.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we appreciated the happy hour offered at the hotel bar. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s location in South Austin was convenient and made it easy to get around. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Austin!

The room and stuff were very good The door sensor did not work well and we had to continually go down for a new key or have maintenance come My real concern was the hot tub. The first step was so deep that I wrenched my knee getting in. And I am 6 feet tall. I ended up not being able to put weight on my leg the remainder of trip

This property is in poor condition as compared to the Comfort Suites in Kyle. The floors in the bathroom were dirty & one of the bathroom tiles was sunken in & felt unsafe. The carpet was also dirty & I had to take a second bath in the morning to wash my feet. The AC unit was very noisy & it didn’t cool the room very efficiently. I definitely won’t be back. Also , the breakfast area was not good in the AM. I went down at 6 AM & the fruit that was put out wasn’t edible.

So the size of the suite was nice. But we had a cockroach and got moved. The second rooms toilet was slow and eventually stopped working. It was late evening and there were no maintenance people onsite. They offered a plunger, but couldn't find one. We checked out before it was fixed. Im waiting for a response from a manager.

This was a repeat visit because the first time we were here the place was immaculate . This time you can see the wear and tear. Our room smelled muggy/mildewy. The bathroom looked like it probably flooded at one point. It was clean but there was some minor mold showing through . We were in 405 so it took forever to get hot water in shower. Beds were very comfy and room was clean but I think it needs a whole deep clean to get rid of mildew smell. The shower curtain was on its last thread. Literally. You couldn't shower with out causing a mess. The employees were awesome. Very nice . I visit Austin a lot so I may give it one more try.

Some of the staff were very nice, There was a cockroach in the toilet when I arrived. There was a laundry room but no source for change for the machines. Desk clerk said they didn't have any money on the premises. Washing machine took four dollars in quarters but didn't work. I was told they couldn't reimburse me. Housekeeping was awesome.

Booked a room for 3 people and arrived fairly late and tired. Room was absolutely freezing with aircon at 60 degrees full blast. Checked the room and zero bedding for the pull out sofa for the third person. Went to reception and given a plasic bag with one fitted under sheet and a rough blanket with no pillow or over sheet. I was told they dont do pillows!!! Tried changing the aircon to heat to try and avoid hyperthermia but got a very strong burning smell do abandoned that plan and put layers on to sleep in! First and last time in Comfort Inn

Everything was fine for the exception of the room keys getting deactivated. Rooms were nice and clean, beds are comfortable location was excellent breakfast was decent. Staff was very attentive. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at this hotel for years during the Lone Star Le Mans weekend at Circuit of the Americas. Staff always goes above and beyond. The hotel and its property is very well kept. Highly recommend this establishment!

When I checked in the property the staff gave me a room which was dirty and then I have to come down and ask for a new room. When I checked out of the property I gave the keys to the front desk and left after confirming. The front desk didn’t check me out properly so I was charged an extra day. I have been following up with the hotel for past 2 weeks. I don’t see any action from the hotel to refund my money. I have to loose my hard earned money because of some careless people at front desk . Never recommend this hotel to anyone. People please stay away from this property. Horrible customer service.

My card was charged THREE TIMES, they stated that they have to do a deposit and that the money would be returned after check out, wish I would have known that before booking. The other charge they said I would have to dispute with my bank if the charge didn’t go back in, basically it felt like I got charged almost $700 for a one night stay, the money did end up back in my account after a week, it was very inconvenient.

The stay started off rocky. When we got our key cards it took us multiple tries to get it to read to get in the room. It looked like they recycled cards so we just attributed it to that. The next morning we left out about 9am and my husband forgot something so he went back up to the room and tried the cards multiple times and it didn’t work. To not delay us, he just said maybe i was rushing and we can try it again when we return. When we got back that afternoon, the key card did not work at all after about 20 tries. The room attendant saw me having trouble and she tried her master key about 10 times to no avail. She then was very nice and called downstairs to have them send maintenance to help. When her got there, he had a machine to read the battery and said it was dead and that’s why it wasn’t reading. He went and got some contraption and tried to slide it under the door to open it from the inside. That didn’t work so then he called his boss to bring some more equipment in. I am an hour plus now waiting at the door after we have not been able to access all day!!! So I go downstairs to speak to someone to see how they could accommodate the inconvenience, and the manager K is the rudest person I have experienced!! She was very argumentative with me, insinuated that I was being aggressive towards her when in fact she started getting loud with me( in front of paying customers by the way) and threatened to refund money and make me “find somewhere else to go”. Don’t stay!

It took forever to check in, and when we did, we were given a room key that was already occupied, and we went to our unsuspecting room, and walked in on a family sleeping. The husband was very angry and came out to the hallway to talk to us, we told them the hotel mixed that up, and he went back in his room. Very Uncomfortable situation.

We have returned to this hotel twice because of the comfort and serene atmosphere. We no longer will be reserving a place inside of Austin, TX. Buda is so close and much more accessible to local eateries. We also like their spacious breakfast area and food.

Good location for Austin, if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle. Nice fast-growing suburban area with restaurants and shopping, also Stagecoach Park is lovely and a very short drive.

Clean room and great maid service. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. The only issue we had with this place was access to the entrance. It is not marked and hard to get to.

First of all breakfast was fantastic for my wife and I. The location south of Austin proper made it very very easy to travel into the city and out of the city after hours. I would recommend this hotel chain to anyone visiting the Austin Butor, Kyle, San Marcos area.

Breakfast was lacking variety and fresh refills of items. Staff was helpful, but they were understaffed. Room was clean, but the exhaust fan didn't work in the restroom. Also didn't appreciate being given half pillows. Weird and unsatisfying. Air conditioner was sufficient but underwhelming on power/ volume.

The property is clean and maintained which we like, but the breakfast was lacking compared to past stays. The coffee wasn’t great (we prefer fresh brewed rather than machine used), and there was no fresh fruit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful throughout our visit. The pool was clean and refreshing, and we appreciated the happy hour offered at the hotel bar. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel’s location in South Austin was convenient and made it easy to get around. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Austin!

The facility is extremely dated. The pillows tiny, only 1 washcloth for 2 people. The bed was hard. The television was centered on a dividing wall. The "scrambled eggs" were awful.

We checked in around 5 in the afternoon, went out for dinner and came back to the room 5 hours later to find two huge roaches in the room. One when my daughter went into the tub to shower, the antennas (about the size of my pinky) were sticking out of the faucet just moving around like hair, and the second one about 5 minutes after, running across the carpet from one end of the room to the other. The room itself was very outdated and dirty. We quickly packed our things and went downstairs to speak to the hotel worker at the desk. Wasn’t offered another room, wasn’t offered a refund or any type of compensation. It was me and my daughter, not two females willing to stick it out sleeping there with the possibility of a roach crawling on our bed. Very disappointed. For the price we paid, I expected better service and much more cleanliness. $200 for a room with roaches is way overpriced. Won’t ever stay here again, and I have yet to hear from anyone from there about any type of apology or compensation for having that room a total of 5 hours. Two females leaving the hotel close to midnight to find another hotel, wasn’t in my plans.
