The hotel itself is run down and the rooms could be cleaner. The staff is amazing.

Very clean, renovated (not new as the sign says, pool small but well maintained. Very friendly hard working people , very clean, breakfast diversified but just ok. Would stay there again.. very good for the price.

The hotel was dirty and smelled really bad. When we got on the elevator to go to our room a prostitue was getting off. We booked for two days but canceled the second because of the condition of the place.

The carpet in the room was probably never cleaned. The mattress of the pull out sofa had a huge stain on it. The property looked run down and not maintained. I would not recommend it for families.

the room where dated needed remodeling, the other thing is that the rooms smelled old , the carpet had an odor other , the pool was not heated , but the staff was very nice

OMG. DO NOT STAY HERE! Had MAJOR issues with TV working and NO WIFI for the entire stay. The hallway smelled like s***. Call after call, no resolution of the WIFI and the staff blamed the hurricane although there was no WIFI before hurricane hit Florida. WIFI worked at my home 2 miles from the property. The room: I paid for a suite and the pics indicated 2 tvs in room and tub. Only 1 TV in room and NO tub.The room always felt DAMP. The floors were filthy. The TV was so small. The owners have skimped and have not updated the hotel at all. I will NEVER stay there again and certainly would NEVER recommend. I checked out a day early and forfeited the money.

The room itself was ok.. Tv can be updated.The carpet and sofa could use a deep cleaning as well. I didn't like the fact the staff said u couldn't have guest.. That was strange to me.. I was visiting from out of town so I do catch up with old friends when I visit Jacksonville. Even when I doordashed they wouldn't allow the delivery to drop my food off to my room.... The amount of money I paid I feel as if I could have had a better stay experience. I wanted to utilize the pool..it was open but full of leaves sadly... Overall I rate this hotel a 1 star.. Not to mention some of the rude staff... Personally my experience wasn't the best but I know I won't book there again.

Hotel was disgusting. Overnight staff were extremely rude. Roaches in the rooms. Shower was clogged. Bed was worst I’ve slept on in a while.

Very Dirty

Sadly this hotel was not up to par for any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The carpet was what and room smelled of mold. The breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches from like a gas station. The tub completely backup when the shower was used. A call for help was answered quickly but we ultimately canceled our 2nd night and went elsewhere.

Strong weird smell throughout the whole property. Room smelled bad too. Found 2 roaches running in our room.

The front staff, check in & out were great. The hallway to the room was dark, dirty & smelled. The room had many, many large stains on the carpet in common area and between the beds. The air conditioner was leaking on the carpet from the unit to the bed in a huge sopping wet spot. The bathroom walls were crumbing at the edge of the tub. When showering, the drain did NOT drain, leaving me standing in mid calf water until my shower was done. It did eventually drain so my husband could shower but the same happened to him. The shower curtain had stains or mildewed in multiple places. There was mold around the ceiling around the tub area. The only positive was the staff and the shower head.

Bed was horrible very uncomfortable and the bed skirt was filthy. Carpet was also filthy room should have been much cheaper especially with the uncleanliness of the room

This was just a one-night stay as I was there for business. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better.

The staff was excellent, friendly, professional and caring. But the rooms carpet was old and looked dirty. Also the mattresses were bouncy and soft in the middle. Also the rooms pest control as we found roaches a drawer.

The staff at this littl hotel was exemplary. Probability the most friendly I have had at any hotel Ive stayed at no matter how many stars. That said it is a very basic place to stay, beds and baths were clean, but hotel is in the older side and could some renovations. I was happy with our stay and would stay again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! Do not be misguided like I was by the pictures online of this hotel, they are fake. This hotel is the most ghetto, ratchet piece of filth I've ever stepped foot in. They make the lobby seem pleasant and welcoming. They have a strict cash only deposit of $150. No worries if you don't smoke you'll get your money back. If no worries, why cash only? Okay that's a little sketchy but we've stayed in Sleep Inn hotels before and know they provide a level of quality that will mean you shouldn't have to worry about smoke if you're not smoking. That last statement could not be more wrong. First step into the room you are introduced to a strong, foul odor of sewage, mildew and cigarette. It's so overwhelming it's hard for one to not gag. We began looking around the room and found hair, stains, broken furniture, broken door handles and let's not forget that smell! We noticed the carpets were wet and the bathroom floor was slick. We booked on a night of a heavy rainstorm and it seems the plumping ran through the room. My husband asked the lady at the counter to come inspect the room and she told him she would make a note of it and if we wanted another room she could move us. After 15 minutes in the waste- I mean room we decided we wanted no part of this location and checked out. Here is the real kicker, the manager refused to refund us despite our not even using the room. Not even a simple apology. Learn from my mistake and book at your own risk.

This hotel is very unprofessional and the staff is rude I felt like I was in prison. You can’t have company come to your room without plus if you’re 15 minutes behind from checkout they send security to bam on the door like the police oh and they only accept cash for incidentals 150 was my total I had to leave and find a ATM my worst experience ever with a hotel

Easy access to the highway, lots of food choices in the area, and free breakfast was good. Very nice staff as well.

I did not check in and neither did the two ladies who flew in from Georgia for the same gospel concert. The area was sketchy they had unsavory people meandering around. It was behind a convenience store that had loitering. It was a 0/10. I left and booked the holiday inn 2 miles.

Vagrants. Bad area. 150 deposit required plus room rate. Room smelled of weed and cigarettes although it was supposed to be a smoke free facility. Breakfast definitely subpar
