Nothing seemed to be working. No ice machines worked, pool was green, sauna was out of order. On the plus side breakfast was decent and the staff was very friendly for the most part.

The rooms smelled very strong of humidity and almost damp, like when you walk into a rainforest exhibit at the zoo. The pool and hot tub where green and aqua, which tells me that something was wrong. The fitness room was missing most of the weights, they only had 5lbs weights and 35lbs and above. The breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

Several plugs did not work. One set of lights and plugs were not plugged in. After untangling cords got stuff plugged in at it work. Shower safety strips wer dirty and in need of replacement. Sauna did not work. Hot tub jets had very little pressure. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs were lumby and lacked flavor. Biscuits were rock hard.

This place needs to be shut down ASAP!! Myself, my mother (who is in her mid 70’s), my husband, and my son all are covered in bedbug bites. So severely we are all getting medical treatment. I requested to cancel my reservation after arriving and finding the room filthy with a horrid stench. Filth and trash under the nightstand. Was told the manager wouldn’t be in til the next day! Nobody addressed my request forcing me to stay the 2nd night in fear of being charged. The evening of our 2nd stay myself and family developed horrible bites covering our bodies! This prompted us to end our trip and leave immediately. Skipped out the last night of our booking to head home to seek medical treatment. We have welt like raised bites on our shoulders, backs, stomachs, waste, groin, upper thighs by our groin area, and buttocks. Still getting the run around about my refund. If I am ignored one more day I will contacting a lawyer! This place is unsafe and unsanitary! The only picture that is being accepted is the one I shared. Most of these bites are in places that are not family friendly! For your safety, do not stay here.

When we walked into the room it smelled. It was so damp the carpet was moist and the room smelled. In the bathroom the paint was peeling off around the bathtub and you could see mold all over. Asked for another room but nothing was available.

The room smelled terrible, like a wet dog, very musty. There was visible mold or mildew on the walls. I had a headache for two days straight. They charged an exorbitant rate because it was a game weekend and the room isn’t worth half of that. It’s been remodeled but there’s no covering up the smell.

The hotel is very run down and the room was filthy with stains on the sheets, dust everywhere and the bathroom had a few questionable stains in the tub and on the shower wall. We immediately checked out and stayed elsewhere.

Good variety for breakfast - cereal, toast/muffins/fruit/hot options. Door hinges had loose screws so that we had to physically move the door into position to close it. Shower did not have very much water pressure and tub drain was super slow. Couch cushions on hide-a-bed were stained with a salty, white substance.

Breakfast was nice and it was nice they started a little earlier than expected so we could eat before leaving early. The hotel staff was polite and overall it was very clean. They did need to replace the shower curtain in our room because it had a smell and was covered in mildew. I’d stay here again though. Great price and very comfortable.

There was only one person at the front desk so check in was a bit long. Bright side, he did let me check in early after a 14-hour drive. Room was very large and clean. Hotel is worn with loud squeaky door and common bathroom door that will not shut. Overall, nice place.

Apparently there was some University party in town and the hotel was loud from 10 pm to 4:00 am. Doors slamming, loud talking, fighting. I paid full price to feel like I was in a dorm room!

When I checked in, Jeffrey was so kind. I was having a really challenging day culminating in a flat tire that left me seeking last minute lodging for the night. Jeffrey was so friendly and helpful. He was absolutely the bright spot in an otherwise terrible day. I appreciate his kindness. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The check in experience was great. It started after getting in my room, loud music next door, kids running up and down halls. Then I finally get to sleep and people above me stomping floor yelling about loud music. Breakfast both mornings was ice cold, have you ever ate ice cold sausage, eggs and biscuits?? I had no rest or sleep and the bed was also broken

The infrastructure needs major improvements. The shower bench wasn’t connected to the wall properly the handicap rooms were located on the second floor and when went to leave they were out of order. Nobody was at the desk to call for assistance. There was no ice machine on the second floor and we weren’t told this when we checked in so we had to go searching for another one I would say 90 percent of the time when we had been in the lobby there was no one manning the desk. When elevator services were out no one stepped up to help us to carry out our bags from the second floor.

Arrived around 10:00 PM. Hotel located in what looks to be a safe location and lighted well. Front desk man was super friendly and got us checked in. Hotel was full but quiet. Nice stay.

The front desk service was amazing! The property and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was the only thing lacking. The same sausage, biscuit gravy, and eggs were served everyday.We stayed for 5 days, so by the 3rd day we were over the cold breakfast.

The breakfast was ok on Saturday morning, but much better and plentiful on Sunday. The coffee was not very good, tasted like plastic. Overall, great place will stay again. Thanks

Aside from the things above, the free breakfast was a nice touch, however the dining area should stay open until at least 10 am especially since lunch is not served. Access to wi fi would be nice. The staff especially the cleaning crew, very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean however is in need of some repairs in the shower. The vents in the AC and ceiling needed cleaning, lots of build up dust for allergy sensitive guest. Refrigerator desperately needs defrosting. Ice machine on my floor wasn' t working, no sign indicating.Overall met expectation. Reasonably priced. Enjoyed stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Good variety for breakfast - cereal, toast/muffins/fruit/hot options. Door hinges had loose screws so that we had to physically move the door into position to close it. Shower did not have very much water pressure and tub drain was super slow. Couch cushions on hide-a-bed were stained with a salty, white substance.

Several plugs did not work. One set of lights and plugs were not plugged in. After untangling cords got stuff plugged in at it work. Shower safety strips wer dirty and in need of replacement. Sauna did not work. Hot tub jets had very little pressure. Breakfast was gross. Powdered eggs were lumby and lacked flavor. Biscuits were rock hard.

Found a hair ball and crumpled up garbage in our room. Too hot to sleep in as the air did not work properly. Lady at the front desk was not the nicest and not in a hurry to help you. The breakfast was delicious!!

Dirty, amenities almost non existent and out of service overcharged 400 dollars, paid 870 for a 480 room, they blame the bank and the bank blames them so we lost 400 dollars. Food was cold and not fit to eat. Coffee after breakfast non existent

Our room was disgusting , there were stains on every blanket. The room was terribly out dated. The walls had bugs on them. Then the bathroom had trash still on floor and on walls were dried up old boogers! So gross. My youngest daughter slept on the pull out couch and it had an old sheet still on it with stains. When I went down to get clean sheet no one was at front desk. There were no extra blanket or pillow in room for the fold out couch. The phone had a gross stain on it. The walls had holes that were clearly not fixed. We had requested a ton on top floor and did not get that everything was awful about this room and we are very very disappointed I can’t believe we spent 300$ for two nights it was worse than a motel 6. This is not like most comfort suites we have stayed in the past so I was very shocked. Never ever again will we stay here unless a compete remodel is done ! We travel to Ks to visit our son in the army and travel 6 hours to do so we need a clean nice hotel to stay and this is not the place

The pool and room space were great. The rooms were not well maintained and we had ants. The whole place was very muggy and humid to the point where everything felt wet. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was extremely helpful. The space under the door made it to where everyone could hear each other.
