The property was not well managed. It wasn't clean. We stayed there for four days, they only gave us new towels twice. There were trash bags in the hallway during the day. Just not a good experience. We won't be going back there.

Well when I checked in I was giving my key open the door and its a man laying in bed watching in his socks. Immediately go back to front desk and they give me a confused look . But give me another room key.Next I was there for 3 nights and asked for more towels I had to ask three different times to get some. Also toliet overflowed and i called for someone to fix it and asked did I want m maintenance or did I want to plunger I said maintenance? So they never came before I left to go to my event so when I come back my room was smelly because they never came to address the toilet. And finally I got sick off of breakfast Saturday morning. I was sick all day Saturday, all night, into all day Sunday. I'm still feeling the effects of it now. I would like to be contacted on my terrible visit

Our room entrance was around 2 feet from the elevator. You could hear the ding from the elevator door continuously. I asked to be moved, but I was told no (with the reason being that I booked through hotel.com). We checked in late with the intent of going to bed quickly. It was a musty and hot in the room. After an hour with the a/c on, the room was still at 77°. The curtains were moldy and had holes. There were holes in the door frame where a deadbolt used to be. Also, there were wires sticking out where a smoke detector should have been. I went back downstairs since these were true safety concerns. Again, they wouldn’t change my room. Since I had Ubered to the hotel (and it was late), I was stuck there for the evening. The room had an extension cord where regular outlets should have been. Paint splatter and hair were on the bathroom floor. The pool was green with algae. Heck, they even had the wrong size lids for their coffee cups in the lobby.
