We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was comfortable and beautiful. The bed mattress could have been more plush, but other than that we were very happy with the room, the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast area is spacious and coffee/hot water dispenser is open 24/7. We loved having the option of getting tea or hot chocolate in the evening.

We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It was comfortable and beautiful. Overall, great service, but, when we checked in, the desk clerk didn't give us any info about where the pool, gym, or laundry rooms were. Gladly, we found all of them! Thanks!

Breakfast was very nice, bed was comfortable but hard for me to get into, I’m short. Elevator needed repairs was not convenient for us on the third floor to have to call the desk every time we needed the elevator.

Clean, nearly brand new hotel, with a delicious breakfast, ample parking, and close to downtown. Room was slightly noisy (could hear cars driving by at night). Bed was nice, bathroom was clean and shower was brand new with awesome pressure. Slightly stingy on soap and bathroom supplies.

The property was easy to find and get to off the freeway. The staff was nice and friendly but the room was not the cleaniest there was stains all over the curtains and the pull out bed was disgusting with stains all over the couch and cusions didnt even use it.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. Very friendly staff. Our room was exactly as described. Very clean and VERY comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I have slept in. Extra blankets in the closet for my wife who runs cold when I crank the AC. Breakfast was excellent. Of course in Wenatchee, you’re going to have the option of biscuits and gravy for breakfast! I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very clean and was a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. The newness of the hotel helped it feel fresh and welcoming. I definitely would stay here again.

The hotel lobby and elevator was very clean, the staff were very friendly. Check in and out was easy. Off street parking was available. Food was great. Rooms were quiet and clean. Great place to stay.

This was our cleanest nicest stay in the last 11 years of travels. From the parking lot, to lobby, to elevator, to the pool, to the hallways, to the breakfast area, to the room and throughout the room and bathroom-everything seemed like it was a brand spankin’ new hotel! Not a single dirty spot! Breakfast was nice and staff were super nice too! There was not a trace of dirt or hair around the room and bathroom. The carpet was super clean too. And the room and hotel smelled nice and fresh. Totally staying here again and telling all our friends who are headed this way. In fact husband wants to come back in the fall for a hunting trip and stay here.

I booked this hotel BECAUSE there was a sofa/bed and there would be three of us in the room. The sofa bed is horrible (very old) and springs poking through but when the sofa is open to a bed, you can't get past it to access that washroom!!!!! There was only one sheet for that sofabed - we couldn't use it as a bed. Too dangerous to try to get to the bathroom at night. So disappointed!!!!

Place was nice enough, booked a king plus pull out to sleep 3. The pull out was so disgusting and falling apart it couldn’t be used. Very disappointing and made it difficult to actually sleep the 3 people there. Asked the front desk about it and they said they were aware some were in bad shape but couldn’t do anything about it.

The Wi-Fi did not work the entire stay for 2 days. Stayed at this location once before and had similar problem but was resolved the next morning. The maid was cleaning the room next to ours and it sounded like they were doing construction. Very limited television channels.

I experienced an issue with booking here, room selection showed a picture of one king size bed and two queen beds. It was unclear which I was booking for. Unfortunately, I was given the room with one bed when I needed two queens. The changes weren’t able to be made. The space is not really a suite, more like a regular size hotel room. Not very large. The rooms were very hot. We had the AC on high and on the coldest level possible but it never reached the entire room. It was a very hot both nights.

During a four night stay we could only get them to clean once. The. When I complained I hit a visit from the head housekeeper person who was very very rude. I do not recommend this hotel for this reason.

The room and pool were nice and staff were polite, however our son was cut my a sharp staple sticking out of the floor and no one even followed up with us, even after we showed and gave pictures to the staff. She said they just re-did the carpet in our room but we had to spend the rest of our time with towels draped across the floor to prevent being further injured. Again, no manager ever mentioned it again or followed up or even tried to help us. That would keep me from staying here again.

My issue at check in was that I had a hotels.com confirmation number and she couldn’t find my reservation. Not sure how she finally got it, but she said my hotels.com confirmation number was not any use to her. It took extra time to get checked in.

They gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival, which I thought was very nice. They asked if we needed anything or if there were any special instructions to make the stay more comfortable. Anyone knows how forgetful and stressful one can be traveling with family no matter how much fun it will be. The stay was great and the staff were super friendly.

The staff at the Comfort Suites is really friendly and helpful - including front desk and hospitality (kitchen/housekeeping). Bonus - we were there for a swim meet and warmups started before breakfast hours. Staff had breakfast, including hot items, set up early so that swimmers could eat before their 6:15am warmups. Great customer service!!

We were traveling with two toddlers to Wenatchee for a funeral. We had specifically chosen this hotel, partly because it said they would have a crib for no extra charge. When we made the reservation, we specifically mention that we would need a crib. And when we called one day ahead of time, we said again that we would need a crib and were told we would have one. when we got there, there was no crib in the room and when we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have any. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, they just said it was first come first serve And that was that.

And when we called one day ahead of time, we said again that we would need a crib and were told we would have one. when we got there, there was no crib in the room and when we asked about it, we were told they didn’t have any. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience, they just said it was first come first serve And that was that.

We were amazed at the friendliness of the entire staff. During our 5 day stay, they became like family, seeing to our every convenience, and showing uncommon care and thoughtfulness as we were gathered with loved ones to celebrate a memorial to our sister. The Comfort Suites in Wenatchee was so much more than a place to stay for a few days!

The staff was great. We checked in a little early & they had the room ready. They had a nice snackbar going on like chips & salsa in the evening & breakfast was great too! Options were nice & everything is conveniently located on first level. Glad we stayed here again!

One of the best hotels around. We stay here every time we visit Wenatchee. Very comfortable beds, tasty breakfasts, and evening soup, chili, and cookies offered. Staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are happy and rooms are clean.

Need to have other options of breakfast. It's the same thing over and over again. IF you stay 3 days or more, you will get tired of the same breakfast everyday. Needs to be improve the breakfast options. Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. Very friendly staff. Our room was exactly as described. Very clean and VERY comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I have slept in. Extra blankets in the closet for my wife who runs cold when I crank the AC. Breakfast was excellent. Of course in Wenatchee, you’re going to have the option of biscuits and gravy for breakfast! I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Room very clean and spacious. Extremely tasty cheese and fresh pepper omelette made for us. Lovely breakfast selections. The ice water with lemon is such a great touch!!! Front desk staff pointed us to fabulous restaurant: Garlinis !

Everything was wonderful, from staff to the warm soup served all day in the lobby. Clean, comfortable and spacious hotel. The lobby didn’t fit all the guests for breakfast but then again, hotel was at full capacity.

Great place! Really disappointed that they said breakfast was served until 9:30 but stopped stocking everything before 9. My kids got no eggs, sausage, or pancakes and the front desk person simply told customers “I don’t have anything to do with that. I don’t even know how to refill it” instead of calling someone. Seemed like it must be a policy.

The location was excellant for all options, wonderful winery, and dinning close to the motel, walking distance. There are some awesome walking paths. We were concerned that the pool was inside, however there is an outside sitting area to enjoy that beautiful Wenatchee summer weather. Food was amazing, the breakfast was not your motel normal one. A very nice staff member was there to build you an omelet. Room was Very clean. Excellant more that a 5-stars for us.

Very clean rooms staff was amazing breakfast was nothing really they didn’t have bagels and cream cheese. But Wenatchee is full of breakfast options so we just went out!! Parking was ok!! They definitely need more parking. Beds where really comfortable one of the reasons I choose comfort in. It’s also in a nice location.

Room was very clean and well stocked with toiletries. Staff was very friendly. Next time in town will definitely stay there and refer family also.

Hotel front counter check-in staff was terrible. Sign on the counter said they were assisting other guests. I waited 15 minutes and finally called the hotel front desk. No answer. Then after I hung up I started to walk down the hallway to look for someone the desk clerk came out of the hotel staff-only room. Definitely wasn’t helping any other hotel guests.
