This is my third time having to wait for my room to be ready after 3 pm. The rooms definitely need a refresh. I spent the first night at the new Crescent and it reminded me what the towers used to be like. If I’m paying close to $400 a night I should have a room that’s not dated.

Stayed for a Wednesday night to visit with family close by. Great breakfast at Emerald. Eggs Benedict were fantastic! Very clean room. Staff super helpful. Traveled with 5 year old son, he loved the lobby decor. Didn’t golf or gamble this time there, but in the past when I stayed I have. The dessert shop was spot on for my boy. Great place to stay with family. Ample parking and easy to get around.
