Já fiquei duas vezes no hotel e em ambas foi ótimo. Quarto amplo, limpo, bom banheiro. Equipe atenciosa. Bom café da manhã. Hotel tem 2 restaurantes no rooftop e um na piscina. São ótimas opções apesar de não serem a melhor comida do mundo. Piscina muito boa e bonita. Nada a reclamar e preço justo.

On the negative side but I guess it can also be seen as a plus side there was quite a lot of maintenance going on in the hotel especially on the top floor and around the swimming pool area on the 5 th floor. I assume most of the maintenance is done during the off season. The hotel is midtown so there is not a lot to do around but if you have a car this is not a problem. The hotel car park is that of the Abu Dhabi National Exposition Centre. There is an entry to the hotel from it so very convenient. Overall the hotel is clean. The stall are very helpful. There is gym next to the swimming pool which is well equipped. All in all this is a good value for money hotel.

非常に綺麗なホテルでした。素泊まりの利用でしたが、ホテルにはレストランが数件あります。部屋に歯ブラシが無く、元々無いのか、清掃係の置き忘れなのかはふめいです。ホテルスタッフに言えばもらうことが出来ました。グランドモスクまでタクシーで15分程度とアクセス良好です。また歩いて20分ほどの位置にカルフールという大型スーパーが有り、バラまき用のお土産を大量に購入できます。

Check in was a nightmare. The check-in female desk needed about 40 minutes(!) to check on one couple who had tons of questions. Why not refer them to the concierge? Quite junior, inexperienced check-in staff. Rooms are dark, no wibdows can be opened and AC is either slow when reducing the intensity or out of control. Breakfast is in abundance and quite OK. Inhouse meals are extremely expensive: butter chicken meal is AED 75..outside average AE20 average. Staying was OKbut definitely not worth repeating.

Ett bra hotell att bo på om man är på konferens på närliggande ADNEC center. Bra service, mycket god frukost, flera restauranger att välja mellan, fantastisk utsikt från takbarer och fint pool område. Fick tyvärr ett rum med utsikt över parkeringshuset, säkert mycket bättre med utsikt över staden. Långt ifrån centrum och strand.

Ett bra hotell att bo på om man är på konferens på närliggande ADNEC center. Great size rooms, energetic vibe, outdoor pool has an excellent vibe and service/food around the pool area (including for dinner) excellent at a reasonable price. Abu Dhabi a spread out city so location outside centre is fine, central relative to sites (palace, Grand Mosque), airport and theme parks. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean property with accommodating staff however we had an obnoxious noisy person in the room adjoining and the walls are paper thin. Room service was terrible and there was no attempt to accommodate for their error. Other than that great restaurant options and night club and the rooms were clean and presented exactly how they do online. Overall if I had to I will stay there again.

From check-in to check out, the dtaff were excellent. In particular our welcome from Larbi st chrck-in was exceptional. A rare experience but very much appreciated! Staff were attentive at breakfast and always available to assist or proffering table clearing service. I could not recommend this hotel more highly!

We stayed at the hotel on July 28th under the name Hannah Hason, and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the hotel couldn't find our reservation for two rooms and insisted we had only booked one. After a long argument, they finally found the second room under a different name—despite both rooms being under the same booking. The rooms were also very far apart, which made things difficult for our family. The staff promised to upgrade our room due to the mistake, but never did. We also requested a crib for our baby and were given an unsafe, hammock-like setup—not a proper crib. Worst of all, my wife was injured at the pool due to loose tiles and suffered a deep cut in her foot. Nearly a week later, she’s still in pain. No one from the hotel has responded to our complaint. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Beautiful and clean property with accommodating staff however we had an obnoxious noisy person in the room adjoining and the walls are paper thin. Room service was terrible and there was no attempt to accommodate for their error. Other than that great restaurant options and night club and the rooms were clean and presented exactly how they do online. Overall if I had to I will stay there again.

I’m amazed with how amazing the staff are at Aloft Abu Dhabi Hotel. A big shout out to Romy and Nicole for being so lovely and helpful during our stay. Unfortunately, we were really sick during our time at Abu Dhabi, but these two made our stay very comfortable.

Ett bra hotell att bo på om man är på konferens på närliggande ADNEC center. Bra service, mycket god frukost, flera restauranger att välja mellan, fantastisk utsikt från takbarer och fint pool område. Fick tyvärr ett rum med utsikt över parkeringshuset, säkert mycket bättre med utsikt över staden. Långt ifrån centrum och strand.

Great size rooms, energetic vibe, outdoor pool has an excellent vibe and service/food around the pool area (including for dinner) excellent at a reasonable price. Abu Dhabi a spread out city so location outside centre is fine, central relative to sites (palace, Grand Mosque), airport and theme parks. Highly recommend.

Já fiquei duas vezes no hotel e em ambas foi ótimo. Quarto amplo, limpo, bom banheiro. Equipe atenciosa. Bom café da manhã. Hotel tem 2 restaurantes no rooftop e um na piscina. São ótimas opções apesar de não serem a melhor comida do mundo. Piscina muito boa e bonita. Nada a reclamar e preço justo.
