Good location near bars and restaurants and an easy wall to Ben Nghe Food Market, War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. Good service and breakfast. Decent roof top pool anad small gym and good value for money.

Great location with friendly staff. Only issue us the pool abs gym we're out of commission whilst there for 10 days, which was not disclosed. This should have been advertised at booking, so that o could have made other arrangements

The rooms are in good order. Clean, functional. While I was visiting, the pool and gym were closed for remodeling. My room fridge was missing. As compensation, front desk offered me a free drink. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

Service staff always running to open the door. Comfortable English speakers. Called to check if we really didn’t needed cleaning for the room. We practically walked everywhere around as the location was fantastic. Only issue we had was gym and pool closed for maintenance. Staff suggested we can head to other liberty hotels to use the facilities. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Kein Zugang zum Pool, wegen Wartung. Spa ist nicht im Gebäude, sondern 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ich will nach einer Entspannung direkt in mein Zimmer und nicht erst raus auf die Straße und Kreuzungen überqueren müssen. Keine Kulanz und Erstattung vom Hotel. Empfang hatte sehr laute Empfangsmusik!

Overall hotel was nice enough, but they advertised having a swimming pool and it was closed entire 15 days of my stay for renovations, but not once was anyone there to work on it. Very hot city. Need a pool.

Excellent property. Clean. Wifi good. Central, within walking distance to almost all tourist spots. Beds comfortable. Linen very clean.

Shower grout and silicon need to be free of black mildew.

I’m giving one star because I booked a room with a city view but was assigned a room facing a wall instead. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the lobby and the room. We experienced issues with the air conditioning as well. While the service from the bell attendant was good , the overall experience did not meet expectations.

Clean, quiet rooms. Service was excellent. Close to great food and shopping. Would stay here again.

Dreadful experience as front desk kept waiting while unknown to me they were trying to clean a smelly awful smoke filled room! Actually tried to put me in there until I refused. Dreadful

They were very busy at the check in time, they told me my room was not ready yet and that I had to wait. They would not say how long I would have to wait. I ended up getting my room 30 min after check in time. The main problem for me was that they wouldn’t clearly communicate how long the wait would be even when after me asking. The shower pointed to the wall, which made it a challenge to shower. The water would also hit the wall and come out of the shower, so when you came out the shower floor was flooded.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a comfortable stay.

A nice place to stay in Ho Chi Minh - nice location near the market. Very friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast buffet & nice pool. Rooms are a bit small with not a lot of space to put or hang things but very clean

I loved the Hotel and everything of it,and the staffs but one thing I did not like that was the Wi-Fi. It was very slow..! It was worse that the coffee shops around.

Looks outdated and dark

We stayed the Signature Room for 5days. There were a living space and bed room,and everything was so comfortable！

Third time in a row here, the room was at the second floor, dark, basically no wifi amd stinky. Definitely in need of some update/reno. Staff always pleasant and helpful both at the lobby and at Breakfast.

I spend 2 nights at this establishment in January 2025 I ask for a quiet room but I am put in a room overlooking the quite noisy Le Thanh Ton Street. The room is large, bright and modern for a 4-star establishment. The bathroom is spacious and has a large walk-in shower and a beautiful bathtub. I note an IPOD sound system. Breakfast is €11 which I didn't take because it was expensive and there is a 7 Eleven next door. We are in the city center District 1 close to the metro and bus 109 which serves the airport The staff is courteous and very polite. I enjoyed staying in this hotel but would have preferred a room without a view of the noisy road

Old, bad insulation, could hear the guy next room peeing! Staff wasn’t very helpful. Pool is advertised but wasn’t available. Tried this location since their other location on Pasteur street was excellent but wouldn’t bother again.

The accommodation proved to be somewhat disappointing, primarily due to inadequate lighting and limited spatial comfort. Despite all lights being switched on after sunset, the room remained dimly lit, rendering visibility difficult and detracting from overall usability. The images presented online were somewhat misleading, as the room is considerably more compact than suggested. The narrow walkway surrounding the bed severely restricts movement, and the suitcase had to be stowed under the desk in order to maximise the available space. This confined arrangement compromises the comfort expected at this price point. The bathroom facilities were satisfactory and met basic functional requirements. However, an incident involving the accidental breakage of a glass incurred a charge of 50,000 VND. While this amount is minimal, it is noteworthy given the otherwise standard quality of the accommodation. Having travelled to Saigon on multiple occasions, I found this stay to be unremarkable and average relative to other establishments. The foyer was smaller than depicted in online imagery, which, although not problematic in practical terms, created a negative first impression. In summary, I would assign a rating of 3 out of 5 stars. The property adequately fulfils basic needs but lacks the distinctive qualities that would elevate the guest experience beyond mediocrity.

Housekeeping did not bother to provide shampoo n body wash , just cap back an empty one on first day and didn't bother at all 2nd day despite me leaving empty satchel uncapped at basin. When i called housekeeping , it took a long time for them to come over despite telling t them i needed to leave room urgently. When checking out, receptionist says c to wait while they check the room for couple minutes. After about ten minutes without them doing anything, i approach them then they tell me i may go. Also service without a smile or any expression Toilet flush broke and entire day there is c flushing sound and nothing done for my entire stay. Totally poor experience

Great Staff and extremely helpful, particularly with front desk ladies. Both Ms Kha Ly and Ms Phuong were very helpful and professional and giving us directions and making our stay at the Liberty Hotel more enjoyable. This is our first stay at this hotel and will definitely rebook for the next visit to Ho Chi Minh.

Great location. Service very friendly from all but check-in/out could be a bit slicker. Rooms very spacious and clean. Pool was excellent, even for sunbathing. Highly recommended.

I had booked 2 nights and wanted to extend it. They said yes, and quoted me a price. I could not pay it at reception, I had to pay in through a link. I sent 2 email and they never sent me the link. I went to the reception 3 times, and finally at the third time they told me they would do it, since they had not answered me. BUT, at a higher price! When I argued, the man at the front desk talked to the manager, and called me to my room and said they would honor the price they had told me. When the morning of the third night came, and I went to pay, they said no, it was almost double what they had quoted me. REALLY unpleasant, having to change hotels in the last minute, and them not honoring the price they had quoted me, and all the inconveniences of the emails and talks.

The reception is okay not really friendly toward customer.

Located within walking distance to everything. Less than 30 minutes from airport. Cab ride was $13.00. Excellent restaurants around.

My fourth or fifth time staying at this property. Feels like they refurnished a little coz the room was brighter than what I remembered, and also not musky at all. Always love staying here coz of the proximity to Ben Thanh market, and that it is walkable to a lot of food options around.

Hotel in great central location to explore Saigon. Staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if considering visiting Saigon.

The hotel and staff were fine for the most part. And the room was clean. There was a lot of sidewalk construction in the area making it a bit dangerous to walk. Expedia is misleading though, this was not a four star hotel. It’s three at best.

It's perfectly situated right next to Ben Thanh Market. You can walk to many restaurants and famous attractions. There's also a mall near by if you wanted to go shopping. The staff are nice and able to speak english. I stayed at another hotel last year and communication was difficult. This is important because the last hotel changed our hotel room and we didn't know how to communicate back with the staff. Also, the last hotel door card didn't work because the door battery died and it was difficult to explain. The hotel is decently in a good shape and not much to complain about.

Central to D1 restaurants and bars

We had an excellent stay for 5+1 nights and all of the Staff were exceptional in taking care of all our needs from Front reception to the Breakfast staff. The Morning breakfast has an incredible variety and the food quality is excellent. This hotel is central in District 1 and well located to all the important sites. Highly Recommended. Five Stars +

Average property with not so good front end staff and missing amenities. No iron in the room and there is no mirror as well in the room. Checkin process is really bad and they are not customer friendly to give you room 1-2 hours earlier despite of availability. Breakfast is average so definitely not something for Indians for good food options as everything is non vegetarian . The only good thing about this hotel is their location.

I would NOT recommend the evening dining room and bar. It is the worst service I have ever had anywhere. Everything else was fantastic.

With the price I paid, compared with Korea or Japan it 10 times better Specialty the breakfast... So much food
