Spice up your holiday stay with a few days in the idyll of Värmland! In this fully equipped house you have access to the tranquility of the garden, Wifi and TV. The kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and all the amenities you need are in the house. A ceramic sauna is also installed in the basement. Svanskog/Svaneholm is located in southwestern Värmland with close proximity to Säffle as the central town and Åmål in Dalsland. In the resort there is a convenience store and a nice pizzeria. Experience the small town idyll of Värmland! In the house there are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. There is also a double bed in the guest cabin. We also have an extra bed that can be provided if needed. The house has two shower spaces and a toilet. The house has been continuously renovated since 2015, the latest addition being new windows and a relaxation area in the basement with a ceramic sauna. The guest has access to the entire property and all facilities except for a storage space in the basement. The property has 3 parking spaces and it is walking distance to the local grocery store and pizzeria. Bus connections exist but in limited form. The villa is located on a quiet street with nice neighbors. The houses on the street consist of holiday homes and permanent residences. It is nice to walk in Svanskog. Get down to the local convenience store or pizzeria on foot within 5 minutes. We have also provided a local guide for the area in the house. Please note that animals have been staying in the property (dog and cat). Please let us know if you are travelling with small children or if you have any pets with you, and we will provide claw trees and a child seat.
