The flat was lovely and nice hotel. Like the pictures but no mirrors to get ready in. One in the bathroom only. Aircon was good. Car park was good except a curb to get in and out so a bit lethal. We had a big sewage leak in the bathroom and some of our room flooded with sewage water that came from the toilet into the shower so we weren’t able to use or get ready and was super late for our meal which was a very expensive dinner a d we didn’t get to enjoy the sunset properly so we weren’t able disappointed. We were offered compensation but never got anything back and when I messaged them we got ignored which was a shame as hotel staff seemed nice but unfortunately due to the leak and flood we were disappointed with the lack of care after. There was some serious drilling underneath us one morning and also was unpleasant as was when we was sleeping - the same thing had happened to floor below we was told. Overall lovely place but after spending £1500 for 5 nights we won’t be returning

We paid the required security deposit before arriving, exactly as instructed by the hotel. However, when we checked in, the concierge insisted that we pay a second security deposit. He appeared unfamiliar with the hotel’s own procedures and was unable to explain why an additional deposit was required. We only agreed to pay it after being assured that both deposits would be refunded. When we checked out, we were told that, as we had left the room spotless, both deposits would be refunded in full. To date, however, we have only received one of those refunds.
