About Casa Igara:
Casa Igara is not a hotel, a traditional guesthouse, or a party hostel. It is a warm, shared home designed for meaningful connections and authentic experiences.
Please note: Our private rooms do not have private bathrooms. Bathrooms, the kitchen, and the backyard are shared with other guests.

House Rules:
-Please respect everyone's rest.
-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
-Treat Casa Igara as you would a friend's home.
-This house has been built with love, care, and attention to every detail.
-Shared safety.
-Please keep doors locked and take good care of your room key and access tag.
-OUTSIDE VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED
Laundry Service:
For every 5 consecutive nights of your stay, you are entitled to one complimentary laundry wash. Additional washes cost R$15.00 each. (Please note: we do not have a dryer.)

Casa Igara is also a place for meaningful connections, cultural exchange, and good conversations.
Make yourself at home.
Feel free to enjoy all shared spaces, including the backyard, kitchen, and bathrooms.

It is very important. You will be sharing the house with other guests, so kindness, respect, and consideration make everyone's stay better.
Please wash your dishes after use and leave shared spaces clean and organized.

Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when they are not needed, and use water mindfully.
-Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, never inside the house.
-Please inform us if you expect to arrive late so we can arrange your check-in.
Cancellation policy: 1 day(s) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check-in from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards.
This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
