Tolle Aussicht aus fast allen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantwortliche im Speisesaal, der Barkeeper und Veronika. Leider ist der Zustand sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen zerrissenen Vorhang, handwerklich schlecht gemachte Reparaturen, eine Badezimmertür, die praktisch nicht zu schließen war, weil sie auf dem Boden schleifte. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und abwechslungsreich, während die Snacks an der Bar ein Witz sind (2 Varianten Topfkuchen und 2 orten Blätterteiggebäck). Überhaupt ist die All Inclusive Variante ein Ärgernis. Bei Expedia bucht man All Inclusive, nur um dann im Hotel festzustellen, dass es All Inclusive, All Inclusive Plus und Premium All Inclusive gibt. Allein die Tatsache ist eine Frechheit. Die Pools sind intakt und man darf keine Liegen reservieren. Allerdings kümmert das weder Angestellte noch Gäste. Während man erst ab 10:00 in den Pool kann, werden aber fast alle Liegen bereits um 08:30 mit Handtüchern reserviert und die zugehörigen Gäste erscheinen dann ab 09:30 bis 11:00. Auch der Hinweis an die Angestellten ergab keine Managementaktivität, die die Reservierung verhinderte. In der Folge haben wir dann auch „reserviert“ weil die Liegen nicht in üppiger Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen. (Übrigens waren hier keine Deutschen Vorreiter. Es gab sie auch kaum.) Musik auf der Terrasse, an der man seinen Abend ausklingen kann war teilweise gut gemeint aber die Sängerin klang wie schlechtes Karaoke.

Séjour exceptionnel, extrêmement reposant. L’hôtel offre des prestations complètes, une restauration variée et abondante. Le service de boissons servi à table est un atout important. D’autres restaurants, sur réservation uniquement, proposent des soirées spéciales avec une cuisine culinaire que nous avons adorée ; chef-d’œuvre. . . Les cocktails sont super bons, bien servis, la carte est grande et variée, avec ou sans alcool, y'a de quoi faire! . . Vue imprenable sur la baie de Mirabello ; l’emplacement est idéal pour la vue, mais pas optimal pour accéder facilement aux plage les plus populaires comme elafonisi, balos... . . Trois piscines sont à disposition ; le seul regret est la température de l’eau, qui n’est pas chauffée. Les chambres sont très bien, il ne manque de rien ; les draps étaient changés et le lit était fait tous les jours, ce qui est très appréciable. L’insonorisation des chambres n’était pas bonne au début de notre séjour, très bien par la suite, mais la fin fut catastrophique ; les voisins extrêmement bruyants ont rendu impossibles des nuits correctes… . . Voiture de location possible à l’hôtel, dans le hall d’entrée. Possibilité de réserver des excursions à l’hôtel. . . L'ascenseur est un atout appréciable, étant donné que l'hôtel compte plusieurs étages, ainsi qu'une salle de sport convenable pour les vacances.

Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach. Went in October and there were lots of sunbeds available around the pools. Pools weren't heated so felt very cold but got used to it! Food was good but would have liked more Greek dishes and more vegetarian options - but there was always enough to eat. Calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

5 Sterne, weil das Personal ist eine Perle, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit . 3 sehr schöne große Pools. 2 Punkte sind eigentlich abwertend: Das Gym ist eine Katastrophe. Danach darf man das Hotel nicht aussuchen. Für Gäste mit Gehbehinderung gibt es zu viele Stufen und der Hoteleingang hat eine kurze aber starke Anfahrt ohne Lift. Problematisch, wenn man das Hotel für Unternehmungen verlassen will.

Nice, but tired rooms. Patio door didn’t lock (room 111). Gym equipment tired too. Overall it was fine, had 3x nights, but would have been frustrating to stay longer, food was good. Overall it was fine, but would probably seek elsewhere next time, it was good for what we paid.

Mon séjour a été marqué par des éléments positifs mais surtout de nombreuses déceptions. ✅ Les points forts : - Une vue absolument magnifique, à couper le souffle - Une infrastructure agréable ❌ Les points faibles : - La nourriture manque de variété, surtout à midi où le choix est limité - Des suppléments sont demandés dans la formule all-in pour accompagner les boissons - L'absence d'un véritable snack-bar est regrettable (de simple morceaux de cake sont proposés par moment) - Le « spa » est délabré et ne correspond pas aux attentes (pas de vestiaire, vétuste,…) - La piscine intérieure n'est pas chauffée et son accès est payant (15€/jour) - L'espace pour les enfants semble à l’abandon, ce qui est dommage En résumé, un lieu offrant un cadre exceptionnel, mais l’offre de services doit être améliorée.

Our room was a small villa comprising two large rooms, two bathrooms and a living room. The private pool on the terrace was amazing, the view too. The hotel is like a small village on the hill, wonderful to walk around and to enjoy the gardens and the views. Two things can be improved: more sunbeds are needed, there is lots of free space at the swimming pools area but not enough sunbeds for people. And dinner quality can be improved, also to be enriched more with local dishes, although dinner quality is still quite good.

Fint anlegg med god frokost og service. Detaljer som å fylle på såpe etc var ikke godt nok. Treningsrommet var udelikat med gamle utrangerte apparater. Forøvrig var vi fornøyde.

Stayed at the Miramare Second week in April. Appreciate it was still early season, as such a few facilities weren’t open yet. Enjoyed; The breakfasts weee decent and a good choice. We had a suite with sea view and private pool. Enjoyed the pool, big enough at c4metres x 4metres in size, water obviously pretty cool (see below for other comments re room). The lounge area with the outside balcony is nice, as are the communal pool areas. Only a 15 stroll into the town and an east walk. Didn’t enjoy; I wouldn’t call it a suite as such, it was one bedroom with a small corridor leading to a very basic small room with a sofa bed in it. The small room with the sofa bed was like a prison room in its basic-ness, I expected some kind of sitting room as part of a suite. When we arrived there were 18 insects in the room (worm like centipedes) which I removed. During the week there was an average of 2 or 3 further worms, didn’t do any damage and I appreciate its difficult to avoid Mother Nature. Despite the above issues I would recommend the hotel but check what room type you are booking first.

Didn’t enjoy; I wouldn’t call it a suite as such, it was one bedroom with a small corridor leading to a very basic small room with a sofa bed in it. The small room with the sofa bed was like a prison room in its basic-ness, I expected some kind of sitting room as part of a suite. When we arrived there were 18 insects in the room (worm like centipedes) which I removed. During the week there was an average of 2 or 3 further worms, didn’t do any damage and I appreciate its difficult to avoid Mother Nature. Despite the above issues I would recommend the hotel but check what room type you are booking first.

Ce n'est pas tjrs nécessaire, parfois oui Les femmes de menage ne comprennent pas l'anglais, difficile de communiquer. La restauration est variée et la nourriture plutôt bien cuisinée. Une partie du personnel n'est pas souriant et surtout , on a l'impression désagréable d'être dans une ruche, ils nous enlevent nos assiettes à la première occasion et , alors que l'on mange, remettent les tables en empilant même sur la table d'à côté le nécessaire pour refaire la votre. Cela frôle le manque d'éducation. Pas de nappe mais des sets. A 21H , buffet fermé...un peu tôt pour ceux qui rentrent d'une promenade. Aussi, si vous voulez un dessert , prenez le en arrivant si vous arrivez vers 20h30. L'arrivée à l'hotel comprend une longue montée, peu de places de Parking en haut, donc il faut se garer en bas de l'hotel et là, au moins 30 marches à monter. Si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer, attention, il faut de bonnes jambes. Pas de plage réservée à l'hotel. Une belle plage de sable à 5mns à pied, chaises longues et parasols payant 10e /j pour 2 pers. Possibilité d'aller à pied à Agios Nicholaos.

Our room was not very clean. We had left our towels hanging, so did not expect them changed. The bathmat, however, was sopping wet and not changed. Our room was never swept (it is a beach property so hard to avoid sand) and the bathtub and bathroom counters were not washed during our 4 night stay, Upon checkout, they would not offer assistance getting our luggage to our car, which was about 100 yards uphill to the parking lot. The two servers at the pool bar and main bar were professional and welcoming.

The star of the show at the resort is the views over bay and the private pool. We stayed in a villa and had loads of space. The downside was to get to any other part of the resort we had to walk up a very steep hill - which gets tiring after a while. Foodwise, for an all inclusive the buffet offerings were good enough but not amazing. The place was very clean and overall staff were great but some facilities upgrades need to be made including replacing the poor lifts and the patio/balcony doors in our villa.

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!

The staff is really amazing, we can’t thank enough for making my wife and I feel like we’re at home. The point that we didn’t like that much was the bathroom in our room, a little bit small with a small cabin shower, no individual hygiene products such as shampoo or bathing gel and there was no much attention to the fact of refilling the products available. We were in for seven nights and we also think that in the middle of the stay, the bed sheets should be changed for clean ones. Besides that, everything was and is really amazing!

Hôtel très bien situé dans une chambre supérieure avec vue mer = très belle vue sur la baie et balcon super agréable spacieux. Prestation ok pour la literie, la propreté, les équipement par contre attention à l'insonorisation, nous étions hors saison donc ok mais en plein été je pense que l'hôtel est très sonore (couloirs et balcons). Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Par contre grosse déception sur la qualité de la restauration, vraiment pas top pour une région comme la crête où l'on peut très bien se restaurer. Ma reco ok pour l'hôtellerie mais ne prenez pas la 1/2 pension car franchement très déçue. Sinon la petite ville d'Agios est vraiment très sympa.

Tolle Aussicht aus fast allen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantwortliche im Speisesaal, der Barkeeper und Veronika. Leider ist der Zustand sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen zerrissenen Vorhang, handwerklich schlecht gemachte Reparaturen, eine Badezimmertür, die praktisch nicht zu schließen war, weil sie auf dem Boden schleifte. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und abwechslungsreich, während die Snacks an der Bar ein Witz sind (2 Varianten Topfkuchen und 2 orten Blätterteiggebäck). Überhaupt ist die All Inclusive Variante ein Ärgernis. Bei Expedia bucht man All Inclusive, nur um dann im Hotel festzustellen, dass es All Inclusive, All Inclusive Plus und Premium All Inclusive gibt. Allein die Tatsache ist eine Frechheit. Die Pools sind intakt und man darf keine Liegen reservieren. Allerdings kümmert das weder Angestellte noch Gäste. Während man erst ab 10:00 in den Pool kann, werden aber fast alle Liegen bereits um 08:30 mit Handtüchern reserviert und die zugehörigen Gäste erscheinen dann ab 09:30 bis 11:00. Auch der Hinweis an die Angestellten ergab keine Managementaktivität, die die Reservierung verhinderte. In der Folge haben wir dann auch „reserviert“ weil die Liegen nicht in üppiger Anzahl zur Verfügung stehen. (Übrigens waren hier keine Deutschen Vorreiter. Es gab sie auch kaum.) Musik auf der Terrasse, an der man seinen Abend ausklingen kann war teilweise gut gemeint aber die Sängerin klang wie schlechtes Karaoke.

Als Vier-Sterne-Hotel würde ich das Miramare nicht bezeichnen. Der Komfort in den Zimmern ist nicht ausreichend. Ein Trockenrasierer hätte im Bad keine Chance, viel zu wenige Steckdosen. Das Restaurant ist nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber die Lage ist spektakulär. Morgens von der Terrasse den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben war super.

Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach. Went in October and there were lots of sunbeds available around the pools. Pools weren't heated so felt very cold but got used to it! Food was good but would have liked more Greek dishes and more vegetarian options - but there was always enough to eat. Calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

Dining experience excellent value as added in as half board and the food was really tasty. Service was excellent, throughout and especially Eftychia on front desk. Our first room had view of the car park so asked to move and while we had a 3rd bed and it was nice to see a side view of the sea, we had paid for full view. The second room was tired and the bathroom awful: very old, pull switch to electric in the actual shower, old tiles, shower head pointed out of shower slightly and couldn’t change so whole bathroom got wet and steamed up as no fan! But other parts of the hotel and swimming pools felt very modern and classy and were so impressed with the food and dining area.

Perfect location, seafront, at walking distance from two nice beaches, Almyros and Votsalo and at around 1 km far from the centre of Agios Nikolaos. We had a family room, with a spectacular sea view which was not the newest, but it was roomy and comfortable. The two (out of three) pools we have seen were big with a nice pool area and a beautiful view. The breakfast room was the most negative aspect of this hotel. It was massive and terribly hot and too crowded. Especially around the tables nearby the windows it felt hot like a sauna. The buffet was big and offered. sufficiently rich variety. The staff was good and friendly but only with people who behaved well. The absolutely worst part of this hotel are (most of) its guests. The majority, fortunately not everybody, are the typical all-inclusive guests who no matter where they are on holiday the spend their time drinking alcohol at the pool. Those are also impolite and rough with the staff and other guests... That didn't really fit with the beauty, luxury and elegant appearance of the hotel. One advise: should you decide to book here please book a massage at the beautiful hotel spa: simply excellent.

Nice, but tired rooms. Patio door didn’t lock (room 111). Gym equipment tired too. Overall it was fine, had 3x nights, but would have been frustrating to stay longer, food was good. Overall it was fine, but would probably seek elsewhere next time, it was good for what we paid.

Our room was not very clean. We had left our towels hanging, so did not expect them changed. The bathmat, however, was sopping wet and not changed. Our room was never swept (it is a beach property so hard to avoid sand) and the bathtub and bathroom counters were not washed during our 4 night stay, Upon checkout, they would not offer assistance getting our luggage to our car, which was about 100 yards uphill to the parking lot. The two servers at the pool bar and main bar were professional and welcoming.

Dining experience excellent value as added in as half board and the food was really tasty. Service was excellent, throughout and especially Eftychia on front desk. Our first room had view of the car park so asked to move and while we had a 3rd bed and it was nice to see a side view of the sea, we had paid for full view. The second room was tired and the bathroom awful: very old, pull switch to electric in the actual shower, old tiles, shower head pointed out of shower slightly and couldn’t change so whole bathroom got wet and steamed up as no fan! But other parts of the hotel and swimming pools felt very modern and classy and were so impressed with the food and dining area.

We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!

The room was a disappointment down 2 flights of stairs no hand rail on the 2 fllght. Balcony next to the road. Spoke to reception for another room only offered a room at the rear of the complex.Would not issue a invoice at the end of our stay. They said Expedia would email a invoice. Another fantastic stay in one of the four bed villas at Miramare. Fabulous area for a family to relax and enjoy, the views are stunning both night and day. Thank you also to the receptionists and all the staff (especially Elina) whom were most helpful!

Le ménage est fait mais on ne nous change pas les draps et les serviettes de toilette ts les jours. Ce n'est pas tjrs nécessaire, parfois oui Les femmes de menage ne comprennent pas l'anglais, difficile de communiquer. La restauration est variée et la nourriture plutôt bien cuisinée. Une partie du personnel n'est pas souriant et surtout , on a l'impression désagréable d'être dans une ruche, ils nous enlevent nos assiettes à la première occasion et , alors que l'on mange, remettent les tables en empilant même sur la table d'à côté le nécessaire pour refaire la votre. Cela frôle le manque d'éducation. Pas de nappe mais des sets. A 21H , buffet fermé...un peu tôt pour ceux qui rentrent d'une promenade. Aussi, si vous voulez un dessert , prenez le en arrivant si vous arrivez vers 20h30. L'arrivée à l'hotel comprend une longue montée, peu de places de Parking en haut, donc il faut se garer en bas de l'hotel et là, au moins 30 marches à monter. Si vous avez des difficultés à vous déplacer, attention, il faut de bonnes jambes. Pas de plage réservée à l'hotel. Une belle plage de sable à 5mns à pied, chaises longues et parasols payant 10e /j pour 2 pers. Possibilité d'aller à pied à Agios Nicholaos.

Wonderful room with perfect sea views and spectacular sunrise. 25 minute walk into the main town (Agios Nikolaos) and lovely taverna close to the hotel and on the beach. Went in October and there were lots of sunbeds available around the pools. Pools weren't heated so felt very cold but got used to it! Food was good but would have liked more Greek dishes and more vegetarian options - but there was always enough to eat. Calm, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day and evening.

The star of the show at the resort is the views over bay and the private pool. We stayed in a villa and had loads of space. The downside was to get to any other part of the resort we had to walk up a very steep hill - which gets tiring after a while. Foodwise, for an all inclusive the buffet offerings were good enough but not amazing. The place was very clean and overall staff were great but some facilities upgrades need to be made including replacing the poor lifts and the patio/balcony doors in our villa.

Perfect location, seafront, at walking distance from two nice beaches, Almyros and Votsalo and at around 1 km far from the centre of Agios Nikolaos. We had a family room, with a spectacular sea view which was not the newest, but it was roomy and comfortable. The two (out of three) pools we have seen were big with a nice pool area and a beautiful view. The breakfast room was the most negative aspect of this hotel. It was massive and terribly hot and too crowded. Especially around the tables nearby the windows it felt hot like a sauna. The buffet was big and offered. sufficiently rich variety. The staff was good and friendly but only with people who behaved well. The absolutely worst part of this hotel are (most of) its guests. The majority, fortunately not everybody, are the typical all-inclusive guests who no matter where they are on holiday the spend their time drinking alcohol at the pool. Those are also impolite and rough with the staff and other guests... That didn't really fit with the beauty, luxury and elegant appearance of the hotel. One advise: should you decide to book here please book a massage at the beautiful hotel spa: simply excellent.

Hôtel très bien situé dans une chambre supérieure avec vue mer = très belle vue sur la baie et balcon super agréable spacieux. Prestation ok pour la literie, la propreté, les équipement par contre attention à l'insonorisation, nous étions hors saison donc ok mais en plein été je pense que l'hôtel est très sonore (couloirs et balcons). Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Par contre grosse déception sur la qualité de la restauration, vraiment pas top pour une région comme la crête où l'on peut très bien se restaurer. Ma reco ok pour l'hôtellerie mais ne prenez pas la 1/2 pension car franchement très déçue. Sinon la petite ville d'Agios est vraiment très sympa.

Tolle Aussicht aus fast allen Zimmern. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere der Hauptverantwortliche im Speisesaal, der Barkeeper und Veronika. Leider ist der Zustand sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen zerrissenen Vorhang, handwerklich schlecht gemachte Reparaturen, eine Badezimmertür, die praktisch nicht zu schließen war, weil sie auf dem Boden schleifte. Das Essen ist von guter Qualität und abwechslungsreich, während die Snacks an der Bar ein Witz sind (2 Varianten Topfkuchen und 2 orten Blätterteiggebäck). Überhaupt ist die All Inclusive Variante ein Ärgernis. Bei Expedia bucht man All Inclusive, nur um dann im Hotel festzustellen, dass es All Inclusive, All Inclusive Plus und Premium All Inclusive gibt. Allein die Tatsache ist eine Frechheit. Die Pools sind intakt und man darf keine Liegen reservieren. Allerdings kümmert das weder Angestellte noch Gäste. Während man erst ab 10:00 in den Pool kann, werden aber fast alle Liegen bereits um 08:30 mit Handtüchern reserviert und die zugehörigen Gäste erscheinen dann ab 09:30 bis 11:00. Auch der Hinweis an die Angestellten ergab keine Managementaktivität, die die Reservierung verhinderte. Séjour exceptionnel, extrêmement reposant. L’hôtel offre des prestations complètes, une restauration variée et abondante. Le service de boissons servi à table est un atout important. D’autres restaurants, sur réservation uniquement, proposent des soirées spéciales avec une cuisine culinaire que nous avons adorée ; chef-d’œuvre. . . Les cocktails sont super bons, bien servis, la carte est grande et variée, avec ou sans alcool, y'a de quoi faire! . . Vue imprenable sur la baie de Mirabello ; l’emplacement est idéal pour la vue, mais pas optimal pour accéder facilement aux plage les plus populaires comme elafonisi, balos... . . Trois piscines sont à disposition ; le seul regret est la température de l’eau, qui n’est pas chauffée. Les chambres sont très bien, il ne manque de rien ; les draps étaient changés et le lit était fait tous les jours, ce qui est très appréciable. L’insonorisation des chambres n’était pas bonne au début de notre séjour, très bien par la suite, mais la fin fut catastrophique ; les voisins extrêmement bruyants ont rendu impossibles des nuits correctes… . . Voiture de location possible à l’hôtel, dans le hall d’entrée. Possibilité de réserver des excursions à l’hôtel. . . L'ascenseur est un atout appréciable, étant donné que l'hôtel compte plusieurs étages, ainsi qu'une salle de sport convenable pour les vacances.

Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year!
We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Mon séjour a été marqué par des éléments positifs mais surtout de nombreuses déceptions. ✅ Les points forts : - Une vue absolument magnifique, à couper le souffle - Une infrastructure agréable ❌ Les points faibles : - La nourriture manque de variété, surtout à midi où le choix est limité - Des suppléments sont demandés dans la formule all-in pour accompagner les boissons - L'absence d'un véritable snack-bar est regrettable (de simple morceaux de cake sont proposés par moment) - Le « spa » est délabré et ne correspond pas aux attentes (pas de vestiaire, vétuste,…) - La piscine intérieure n'est pas chauffée et son accès est payant (15€/jour) - L'espace pour les enfants semble à l’abandon, ce qui est dommage En résumé, un lieu offrant un cadre exceptionnel, mais l’offre de services doit être améliorée.

Très grand hôtel. Mobilier et sdb un peu vieillot. Manque les menus des restaurants dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très bon et très très varié c’est impressionnant !
