Lovely villa in a quiet location with spectacular views of the tramuntana. Great base for walking or just chilling.

Villa Florida is a cute house with a nice location with beautiful sourrondings but the maintenance of the house and garden is very poor. Furniture and textiles worn out and kitchen not equipped. Pretty much dirt and sand on the bottom of the pool. All flowers and bushes outside dry and withered so does not give a nice feeling. We loved the oranges! A lot on the floor rotten for birds to eat also... There was no welcome letter or any written information about for example wifi, lights for the outside, A/C etc. A big problem before coming was to pay by card to VRBO/Yupi homes. In the end I had to make a bank transfer for the damage deposit which I have not received back yet. So overall, this house could be a supernice place for the small family but needs attention, some new furniture and a lot more love and care both inside and outside.
