We had a great experience at Fortune Resort Grace. The staff were excellent, the rooms had beautiful views of the valley and the location was near the market. Highly recommend.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. It felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. For the price they charge, the service and overall standard were far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the lack of proper staff training. The staff didn’t even seem to know the names of the dishes they were serving to guests. This was especially noticeable with the F&B team, who appeared careless and uninterested in providing good service. During breakfast, my partner had to wait almost half an hour just to get plates and cutlery, even after reminding the staff multiple times. It was frustrating to see such basic service being ignored. Another major inconvenience was the hotel phone system. It barely worked, and when we tried calling the concierge several times to request luggage assistance, no one answered the phone. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend spending thousands of rupees at this hotel. There are several other hotels nearby that offer far better service and a much more luxurious experience for guests.

Room was valley view, but there were so many trees outside the window that there was no view so very misleading. This is not even a 3-star property which they say is 4-star. Not worth the money they charge. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
