The hotel was not good and was in state of disrepair. no facilities maintenance. there were chunks of the wall missing. there was no housekeeping only 1 day of 10 even though the service was requested on the front desk at least 4 times . No , No No recommended for children , infants and toddlers… No recommended for outsiders ( foreigners ). Discrimination is perceived. the hotel has no control of the visitors , no security as example people smoking on the halfway , room and common areas even thought the entire hotel is a non-smoking facility , blood smell, knob broken , light not working , air conditioning very dirty … also informed on the front desk but, no improvement. This hotel need to be inspected by salubrity. My rating for this hotel is poor , unpleasant… El hotel no era bueno y estaba en mal estado. sin mantenimiento de instalaciones. faltaban trozos de la pared. no hubo servicio de limpieza solo 1 día de 10 a pesar de que el servicio se solicitó en la recepción al menos 4 veces. No, No No recomendado para niños, bebés y niños pequeños… No recomendado para personas ajenas (extranjeros). Se percibe discriminación. el hotel no tiene control de los visitantes, no hay seguridad, por ejemplo, personas que fuman en la mitad del camino, la habitación y las áreas comunes, aunque todo el hotel es una instalación para no fumadores, olor a sangre, perilla rota, luz que no funciona, aire acondicionado muy sucio ... también informado en la recepción.

Needs updating the whole room and smells just like smoke from entering until leaving. No charging ports and parking fills up quick had to walk from Ducks to room

Our King room was fine.(300)But the room next to us, 302 was VERY loud. Slamming their door and laughing in the hallway for about 2 ish hours. I called the front desk at around 10, but it didn’t seem like it was addressed with the guests in 302!!! Sunday morning, the front desk person kept saying coffee would be ready in 10 minutes. 1 hour went by and still no coffee. Left the property to get coffee-very disappointing!!! Trash cans in the hallways were overflowing. The elevator always had standing water in it! We would stay again just some issues to address!!!!
