We had requested and paid for a 2 room suite. When we arrived to check in we were told our requested and paid for room was not available. We were given a lessor room and no price adjustment. Staff tried to assist, but because we used your site they said their hands were tied. I hate using 3rd party sites.

We love staying here with our family and furry son. The place is prestine with spacious rooms. They even have a container of dog biscuits in the lobby. It was our second time staying here in the last year and we look forward to staying there again in the future.

I loved how equipped the kitchenette was. It had everything you need. Including measuring cups! I was so surprised. Also, I appreciate how kind they were to my dogs. I would 100% stay there again. No doubt.

The room was clean, the view from balcony was good. It was nice to have a kitchen. Breakfast was free with fresh food. Staff was friendly. Overall good value for the price.
