We stayed at Baymont Inn by Wyndham on Shively ,Ky on 8/15/26. The hotel room was clean, staff was friendly. Great air conditioning The hotel did offer "breakfast" which I was a little disappointed with, it was packaged danishes/donuts muffins, bananas tart oranges coffee orange juice. A omelette station or waffle would be a good addition.

We just needed a clean place to shower and sleep and this fit the bill. The hotel has recently been remodeled and the upper floor smelled like fresh paint and new carpet. The lobby and first floor had a very strong cologne smell. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. The shower curtain was a little too long and I would recommend that the management consider replacing it or getting the curved out curtain rod before someone trips on the curtain and gets hurt. The breakfast was simply packaged donuts, muffins, and pastries and some juice bottles. It was ok, but not great. Overall - the price was right and it met our basic expectations for cleanliness and functionality. If you’re looking for an affordable basic option on the way to Ft. Knox then this works great!

Liked the breakfast snakes I never made it to the real food location conflicts with the traffic a bit but that’s any bigger city, due to me being there for work than offered me a discount, overall 10/10 for me as someone looking to save a buck didn’t see any concerning. Got the week cheap overall it’s cheap for that area. So you get cheap people don’t expect everyone to be friendly
