Property is in an okay location the couch had white stains on it put a sheet on the couch so that the spots were covered. They pool was closed during hours when it was supposed to be opened the staff at the hotel said it does not open until 11 but the Manager came in after several complaints and said no it was not opened due to the pool chemicals not being correct.

The worst part was we rushed to get there early to swim and the pool chemicals were messed up… had to use my hair clip to close the curtains. Air didn’t work well. Beds so uncomfortable. Waffles were watery so they didn’t cook well.. no Coffee at the time. Juice was mostly water with tiny flavor.

I loved the spacious room. The lobby and breakfast area was beautiful and clean. The gym was awesome and the free washer and dryer was a plus. I will be back when I visit Florence again!!!

Wasn’t impressed. Dirty sheets. Carpets didn’t look vacuumed in room, halls or elevators. AC didn’t work anywhere but the main floor. Ice machines didn’t work anywhere but the main floor. Mini fridge was a joke, didn’t even have a freezer section. No additional sheets and blankets for pull out sofa, had to go to customer service. Was given slimes with stains on them. Breakfast was cheapest continental I’ve ever seen. No Greek yogurt or individual milks. No healthy options.

The room.was not clean at all. Bottles under bed. Bottle caps laying around. Dusty. Dirty tub with old soap dripping and soap scum on shower wall. The small conditioner and shampoo / lotion bottles were left half full. Yellow stains on pillow cases.

For the price I paid and the reviews I saw, I expected at least decent.... There was mold/mildew in the bathroom all over, the shower floor was stained, everything was out of date and just not clean.... It was definitely not what I expected and would not stay here again unfortunately.

Checked in late around 830p. First thing i did was take a shower where i stayed to smell mildew. I searched the walls, turned to the back wall and realized there was an old washcloth was. Walked out of the bathroom towards the couch and realized there was popcorn crumbs all over the floor. So i decided to check the bedsheets thinking the room hasn't been cleaned. They appeared to be clean, so we went to sleep. Woke up and my husband went to wash his face but we realized there wasn't another washcloth because the other one was already used by the prior person I'm assuming. The one having in the shower. I've stayed here probably 6 or 7 times and I've never experienced this before, but I'm questioning will we return again. Very disappointing.

There were mushrooms growing out of the rug in the room. The manager laughed when i told her. I said go see for urself. Full grown plants !! Mushrooms are mold. Very toxic.

I paid roughly $250 for a one night stay on my way back home. When we booked into the room we discovered that there was used soap with hair all over it in the shower, as well as dog feces under the nightstand in the room. The manager on duty Jared/Jerry came to the room to clean it up. He apologized and assured us not only was he going to go over this with his staff but we would be refunded a substantial amount, he advised he couldn’t say how much as he had to talk to his boss as well but they would have it for us at checkout. This morning we get to checkout, there’s a new girl who says she can’t do anything about it. The manager won’t be in until 10am & that Jared does not work again till Tuesday. Don’t spend your money here unless your cool with sleeping with dog feces at your Face.

The people at the desk were very friendly and the room was clean. The only thing we noticed was that the refrigerator still had stuff in it from someone’s previous stay in the room and the microwave could use a little more cleaning.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Hotel was clean and location convenient. My only complaint is that hotel sits next to RR tracks. When traveling from Florida to Maryland or back.....Florence is a halfway point and we are only looking to sleep and to get much needed rest. Train came thru both time we stayed there around 1am sounding the horn. It was very loud and for this reason I will find a different hotel to stay at in the future.

The big thing I didn’t like was that there was only sheer curtains. There is a train track right in front, so if you are a light sleeper, you may get interrupted. Otherwise, every else was good.

Mirror hands handprints all over it. Shower bottom is cracked in a large semicircle crack. AC unit flaps are broken off. One of the mattress springs is dead and you slide off the bed on that side. The pullout couch mattress was stained. Train tracks are VISIBLE to the hotel and the train honks when it goes by. Even in the middle of the night. Handicap accessible room but not well maintained.

The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The 3 layers of curtains in the room were great since we had to get to bed before dark. However, the eco friendly showers made it difficult to get a quick shower especially with long hair. The beds were uncomfortable compared to other Comfort hotels we’ve stayed in. The pillows were exceptionally AWFUL. We didn’t partake of the free breakfast, but it looked like people were enjoying it. Overall, this hotel needs a few upgrades!

We had been traveling all day and just needed a place to sleep. The bed was pretty comfy for a hotel bed. However, please get some darker curtains. I know bright lights are needed outside but then you have sheer curtains thay let all the bright light from outside in. I couldn’t sleep because I had bright lights in my face. But other than that it , it was just fine.

Was told when I got there my room wasn’t available so had to go to another hotel down road that they had affiliation with and stay there. This one was under refurbishment and no where to park and rooms were worn. Not to happy about situation. Feel like I got down graded and not compensated for it .

Staff were very helpful. Evidently the key card system for their door locks had lost its mind and most of our floor had keys that did not work. They busted their tails to get all of us accommodated. Parking was good as well. Seems many hotels don’t have enough spaces and this was the weekend of the Darlington race so it was pretty busy. Never had an issue other than traffic backing up for the Cookout restaurant next door post-race.

Had reservations for a room. Called to inform hotel we were still coming but would be late due to numerous traffic delays. Was told no problem we would still have the room. Upon arriving at the hotel was told there was no record of a reservation for that night. We had the confirmation number but the clerk said there was no reservation for us. Yet we were charged for a room. Will never use this hotel again.

Front desk is very slow. Large contractor group was coming in for the week and there was only one person (who is extremely slow) and their rooms were not ready even though this was the third week here. We had no signal on the TV and was told by the front desk clerk (approx 7:30pm) that she had no knowledge of TV connections and there was no one else here. We did get it working after disconnecting and reconnecting all cables.

We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. The two trains going through in the middle of the night was not to our liking. Interrupted sleep, not once but twice. Bad place for a hotel to be located.

We found the hotel to be comfortable and clean. The two trains going through in the middle of the night was not to our liking. Interrupted sleep, not once but twice. Bad place for a hotel to be located.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Hotel was clean and location convenient. My only complaint is that hotel sits next to RR tracks. When traveling from Florida to Maryland or back.....Florence is a halfway point and we are only looking to sleep and to get much needed rest. Train came thru both time we stayed there around 1am sounding the horn. It was very loud and for this reason I will find a different hotel to stay at in the future.

Room was very nice. Hairdryer was broken but, promptly replaced by the staff. Breakfast food was not very good although the service was great. Would consider staying here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years. This last stay you could definitely tell the difference. Property is not kept up as well. Tub wouldn’t drain hot water ran out quickly and common areas were not as clean as in the past. The breakfast was very minimal not even a piece of fruit which is all I usually eat.

The worst part was we rushed to get there early to swim and the pool chemicals were messed up… had to use my hair clip to close the curtains. Air didn’t work well. Beds so uncomfortable. Waffles were watery so they didn’t cook well.. no Coffee at the time. Juice was mostly water with tiny flavor.

We had just got to our room my daughter had to pee and the toliet wouldn’t flush. Then the maintenance guy came and said we had to switch rooms it was loud until 11pm from people outside on the patio swearing too.we also had some guy and a lady that worked there try to come into our room around 930pm apparently no one remembered to switch our room in the computer atleast we had the door stopper up and they couldn’t get in and they woke up my oldest who was already asleep and scared her! Breakfast was good the ladies who were working it were excellent!

Breakfast was disappointing, both days. What few eggs that were available, wers old and cold. Never refilled while I was there. 2nd day, meat was empty... Butter kept so cold, we couldn't spread it. $250 per night, should give us hot food at a minimum.

I enjoyed the location and staff. Some guest were a little noisey. breakfast could’ve been better with more hot options and in need of a few upgrades (some area’s were showing the hotels age)

Very nice place to stay. Clean and spacious rooms, easy to find , quiet and the breakfast was fabulous noth hot and cold options . Lovely rooms and dining area. Definitely would stay here again

Nice hotel. Just disappointed that the inside pool water is too cold to swim in. I asked before I booked if the pool water was warm and was told yes but once again it was cold and couldn’t swim.

I stayed at this Hotel previously and couldn’t believe how unkept it looked. First let me start off by stating that my room had roaches. I was able to change the room. The front desk gentleman was very apologetic. Second the carpet in the rooms seem old and dingy. The carpet in the elevator was dirty, the wall panels in the elevator look horrible. I also wish All Hotels would designate rooms for people who travel with their dogs. I cannot express how disappointing it is after traveling for hours and entering your room only to be net by dog odor. Please please please it’s not fair to those who do not have a dog. The odor is horrible. I also came downstairs for breakfast and said good morning to kitchen staff older Caucasian woman found it hard to open her mouth and got only a hi. Never looked up. Then the other kitchen staff woman who was an African American came in fussing as I’m waiting for my toast she’s telling me one side of the toaster wasn’t working which I already knew after the other woman informed me. I mentioned she may want to put a note indicating that. She just walked away still fussing about something. Never had such poor service. It’s really sad to see how much this Hotel has hit rock bottom.
