The room was dirty , lack of towels and rags the house women did a great job but she was the only one that came by . The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude when it came down to paying the pet fee but they she didn't have the same attitude when it came down to us having clean sheets and towels and rags

There was handy man working on the floor below.... when we walk to the car saw screws n nails on the ground. The refrigerator leaking water on the floor...it was ok place

Every time another room flushed, the di n would over flow. There was trash left outside the door when we arrived. Inside the room was soooo run down. There was still trash on the floor from the previous people who stayed there - including bottle caps. Dirt everywhere. The couch was missing a cushion cover so it was just the stuffing on the couch. So weird.
