The room was super clean and fresh. Nice options for the shower head (I am short). Towels were thick. Lobby and hallways are clean.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel to where the TV in the room didn’t work. I understand that it’s a new Hotel but please make sure everything works in the rooms before booking someone in them. After a long day of traveling wanted to watch tv and it didn’t happen.

Do the internet was “down”. They couldn’t locate my reservation because no computer at 430 pm. No internet or tv.. Hot tub and pool out of commission. Couldn’t leave room unless staff walked me back to room to get in. Next day..no coffee. One staff member trying to check people out. Management working on fixing. Left without receipt.
