De los mejores hospedaje y a un precio razonable. Una vista impresionante desde el rooftop. Mi habitación no tenía vista al palacio pero estábamos en el piso 1 pero creo que más arriba también tienen vista al palacio. La habitación enorme y súper bien equipada.

Property and suites are lovely. A little away from all the buzz… a good thing. Close to metro and Príncipe Pio station for local train direct to Atocha and airport. Staff at front desk lovely. Did not eat at the hotel other than snacks in my room in the little kitchen. I highly recommend. The rooftop patio is very busy with those not staying at the hotel. It’s ok for a younger set. Better to go for tapas or a flamenco show than sit there. Great in the day when quiet for tanning and a lovely view of the Palace

Lugar incrível, atendentes super atenciosos, tem um rooftop maravilhoso e aconchegante. Atendente Daniel nos foi super receptivo e ajudou com um late check-out, dentre outras demandas, todos nos atenderam bem. No Terrazo (rooftop) o ambiente é muito bom, agradável em todos os sentidos.

The room was amazing! The people were very kind and helpful. The terrace view of the palace spectacular and the vintage car museum and tour was so cool. We were able to walk everywhere and enjoy the city.

I had a great time at the Sabatini Gardens!! I was received as if I was coming back home!! I was amazed going thru the vintage car tour in the basement! Unbelievable collection!! And the view from the terrace bar: superb!!

Everything was fantastic! Staff was so friendly and the roof deck was amazing. The suite was huge and well maintained. We loved being out of the hustle and bustle of the Centro area but still so close to everything.

The rooftop bar is really great with a great view of Palacio Real Madrid and our family enjoyed the vintage car museum. The property also offers the self-service laundry, which is great for families like us with multiple destinations. The receptionists are also really nice and offered great help and information. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Bis auf die Buchung, die sich ein wenig schwierig gestaltet hat, war alles Too. Großes helles Zimmer, wie bei der Buchung gewünscht ruhig und nach hinten raus. Gutes Bett, großes Bad, sehr sauber. Und vor allem zentral gelegen.

객실은 훌륭합니다. 루프탑에 가보지 못했지만 위치는 좋습니다. 객실 방음이 좀 안되는데 다른 호텔 보다는 좀 시끄러운 편입니다. 주차는 옆 주차장에 따로 입구가 있어서 주차 관리원에게 꼭 호텔이라고 말해야 별도의 주차장 문을 열어 줍니다.

Great location and spacious room. I enjoyed the view of royal palace from my room. The only thing is breakfast is bad, slow service to clean up tables, limite choices and taste is generally not good. Would not recommend to get breakfast but everything else is perfect.

Room was great, very clean. First day we had no hot water so the reception gave us a free breakfast. As other have mentioned, the rooms facing the main road do have traffic noise. Fabulous & safe location.

The room was perfect - very spacious and nice light. We had a balcony looking over at the palace and really enjoyed that in the evening. AC worked great.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was near to the old city centre within walking distance. The hotel also near to shops to get water, fruits and fresh coffee. There were a few restaurants near by. The hotel staff May and Alex were very friendly and helpful. We also met the hotel manager Charro who recommended us quite a few places of interest to visit while in Madrid.

Excellent Hotel Apartment to stay in Madrid. Excellent location. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices. Rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Very neat and clean bathroom. We checked out very early morning and the hotel staff went out of the way to arrange a packed breakfast for the three of us.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 47. Estamos muy agradecidos con el personal del hotel. En especial con el Sr. Eduardo, quien nos recibió antes del horario del check-in, ya que nuestro vuelo llegó muy temprano. El Sr. Eduardo nos recibió en recepción. Fue muy amable y correcto. Nos guardó las valijas, nos ubicó en una sala para descansar y tomar café. Su gentileza significó una gran bienvenida en nuestras primeras horas en Madrid. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy satisfactorias y la habitación cómoda impecable, y muy agradable. La cocina y el baño con todo lo necesario y en excelentes condiciones. Sin duda, volveremos a este hotel y lo recomendamos.

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy satisfactorias y la habitación cómoda impecable, y muy agradable. La cocina y el baño con todo lo necesario y en excelentes condiciones. Amazing location directly across from Royal Palace and Jardines Sabatini. Beautiful rooftop bar, very nice breakfast (extra but reasonable) with cappuccino, yogurts, fruit, cheeses, pastries, eggs and ham. So nice to have microwave and fridge. Quiet and set apart from loud touristy shopping but an easy walk there. All staff were polite, helpful, friendly.

Great location, spacious accommodations, friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Could walk everywhere but Prado museum (could walk but just seemed too hot to do that in July) so grabbed a $7 euro taxi instead. Lots of restaurants, sites, and grocery store really close.

Property and suites are lovely. A little away from all the buzz… a good thing. Close to metro and Príncipe Pio station for local train direct to Atocha and airport. Staff at front desk lovely. Did not eat at the hotel other than snacks in my room in the little kitchen. I highly recommend. The rooftop patio is very busy with those not staying at the hotel. It’s ok for a younger set. Better to go for tapas or a flamenco show than sit there. Great in the day when quiet for tanning and a lovely view of the Palace

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The suite we were in was very nice. The location is great. Close to many things and to transportation. The hotel reception team was very helpful. The beds are very comfortable.

We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too!

Great location and spacious room. I enjoyed the view of royal palace from my room. The only thing is breakfast is bad, slow service to clean up tables, limite choices and taste is generally not good. Would not recommend to get breakfast but everything else is perfect.

Excellent Hotel Apartment to stay in Madrid. Excellent location. Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was excellent with very good choices. Rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Very neat and clean bathroom. We checked out very early morning and the hotel staff went out of the way to arrange a packed breakfast for the three of us.

The one bedroom apartment suites are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many excellent restaurants and the free, 001 bus. Our family group of nine enjoyed a delightful four-night stay.

Had a really nice stay here. Very walkable to the Palace and many plazas. Our room was large and had little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. Elevators and air conditioning worked great!! The breakfast they have at the hotel is really good.

First and foremost this place had exacly what i look for when i book for a hotel online - AN ACCURATE DESCRIPTION! the pictures are real, recent, representative, and accurate, the pictures of the palace are real from their rooftop and overall, they are what they claim they are! The place was clean, good location and convenient parking (steep ramp to walk up but other than that it was great and not too tight like most parking buildings in madrid) The staff was amazing. Very helpful, happy, and accomodating. Pedro in the afternoon shift was very efficient and pleasant in checking us in - and very thorough in explaining everything properly. HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your next trip! Also - ask about their best kept secret... a private tour of a highly valuable private classic car collection! Free and only for hotel guests. They have more special ammenities for hotel guests as well - such as priority reservations on their rooftop terrace/bar which has teh amazing view you see in the pictures!

Excellent place to stay in Madrid. Between two metro stations so not far to walk. The Royal Palace is literally 5 mins walk away. Excellent location. The reception area and suite were very clean. Wonderful atmosphere. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Suite had a/c which was needed in August! Daily maid service. Very comfortable suite, great TV, great shower and bathroom. The roof terrace is awesome - view of the Royal Palace is stunning. A fabulous stay.

Convenient location with lovely rooftop area overseeing the Palace and surrounding area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and are apartosuites so come with mini kitchens well equipped. Bus stops and subway lines are an easy walk from the property.
