Immaculate and beautiful property. Check-in was easy, although had a couple minor hiccups due to the weather complications; however, all staff were extremely friendly and supportive given the weather situation. KBM was easily accessible and responsive via phone/ email, which I was pleasantly surprised as a lot of companies don’t respond as quickly or you’re on hold forever. Had an absolutely wonderful time and hope to return!

Was a good hotel. But all the suites around ours was hunder work. So lot of peoples and all the carpets around was so dirt. I really don't know how you can rent a ( luxury) suite . With all working areas around. Very disappointed when you offer a gift to your girlfriend and her daughter, saying it will be 4 stars hotel. And when you get there it's a dirty working zone area.

All chairs around the pool were saved very early in morning. Nothing was done per the notices around the pool. The Lania in our unit was shared space; I wish this was clear when booked
