Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel

The staff was very kind and helpful! Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty as well. The room was clean but worn. The bed and bedding was not the best, mattress was very firm and the bedding was not the softest. It was great they allowed pets! Would def still stay again if ever need to.

Staff very racist and unprofessional. Would not clean room very, very unprofessional for best western standards

Checking was ok the staff was welcoming but the stay went downhill from there. The room was musty and smelled. Visitors yelling outside the door at 2AM in the morning. Could hear the visitors next door all throughout the night and on the other wall in the room continua banging. Upon leaving in the morning the staff were joking and chatting among themselves, no good morning or ask how my stay was. Won’t be returning.
