Days Inn by Wyndham Mitchell SD

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. I can honestly say I don’t recall staying at a more welcoming hotel. The place was also very family-friendly, and our two young children had a wonderful time at the pool and at breakfast. Our room was comfortable and quiet. This was a great deal on a great place! We would love to stay here again!

Paint was peeling off the ceiling in areas. It looks like there was black mold on the ceiling of the pool with plastic over it. In our room the wall paint was bubbling up, super humid. The outlet melted with the ac/heater unit plug in, I told the front desk and they blamed it on us and we must have done something to the unit. They said it was fine when they checked the room. This was a faulty outlet and a BIG fire hazard. The beds werent made correctly the fitted sheets corners were laying on the bed under the comforter. The hot tub was sometimes super hot and other times cool with cold water coming out of the jets. I am still waiting for the manager to call me. Overall the stay was horrible and will not be back. Definitely not worth the price!
