The bed is 30" from the ground and when you are 5'1", it is very difficult to get into bed without a stool step.

The entire staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite is Donna in the morning during breakfast time. We call her the dining room ambassador. She gets their early before we all wake up and works hard cooking those eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. And then Donna comes out with that beautiful smile to chat and is so kind and friendly to everyone as they enjoy the breakfast she has prepared.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and oatmeal, etc are very good. The staff is very kind and helpful. My only suggestion with the nice newly remodeled rooms would be to have foot stools available to get into the high beds for those of us that are 5’2”. I needed to pull a chair next to the bed as my step stool to get into bed. A footstool in the closet would have been helpful.

There was bed bugs in my room and didn’t find them until I woke up the morning of my leaving! SICK and they didn’t even offer me a refund.. it was wild!! Breakfast though was amazing wide variety of stuff…

No they charged me more money than what they were supposed to and I still have not got my money back. When I asked about it at the front desk the clerk could not answer why or tell me if and when I would get the extra money they charged me back
