Room was super small. Ice machine didn’t work on the third floor. I had to go to the main lobby to get ice on the first floor. No electrical outlets close to the bed. Only had one plug in to use to charge my devices. Besides these three things the bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Excellent property! Newer building. Clean room/public areas and comfortable bed! Good parking for truck & U-Haul we were pulling. For a hotel, excellent coffee (strong) and plentiful choices for hot or cold breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Clean facility & ample breakfast. Arrived on a Sun evening. Left Mon morning for bicycle ride but access cards would not work on return Mon afternoon. New card issued. Left early Tues morning for another bike ride. Upon return found my room door slightly ajar but I know I had closed it completely b/c I had not checked out yet. No WiFi.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The microwave was dirty as were the sheets on one bed. There was at least one bug in that bed… Breakfast was good but that did not make up for a dirty room. There are lots of places that are walkable for food and coffee…

This seems to be an older hotel. Not a bad location but there were issues. The trash cans out from were overflowing by the end of that day. When we went to take a shower in the morning, the shower would not stay on because of low water pressure. Called the front office and they said it was because too many people were trying to take showers at the same time and to wait 5-10 minutes. To be fair, there were a lot of track athletes in the hotel and maybe quite a few were getting ready that early (before 7am). However, later that day two family members took showers. By the time the second got in, the water pressure was low again. Lucky it was okay enough to finish the shower. The water pressure the next day was slightly better. It was a good price for the hotel but with the issues, I would not stay again.

Was waiting to check in and the owner completely ignored me on 2 separate visits to the unmanned front desk. While he was not the employee checking people in, he made no effort whatsoever to get me service. This was actually the second time. We stayed here a week ago and he ignored me, literally walked behind the front desk, did something, then walked away, when I went down to ask for soap which had not been provided in the room. After more than a decade of staying here, I’ll find somewhere else next time.

The rooms are decent. The area around the hotel wasn’t appealing to view. Gravel/dirt roads surround two sides. A rough appearing mobile home park(?) one one side and the back side of a restaurant on the final side. I feel the rate is slightly high for location. Can be tricky to get to from the divided highway and or main road.

Road leading into lot is under construction. No smoking rooms despite property listing non-smoking and no designation leading one to believe there are smoking rooms. Room smelled of urine. Asked for refund considering multiple disappointments, no refund and didn't actually check me out until next day despite leaving ten minutes after checking in. Was told advertising and double billing were on Expedia and to take it up with them, multiple other establishments have told me they were sorry for the slow check in, but they want to make sure the billing is right as it is prepaid through Expedia and they don't want to double bill me...

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. It was a mid price point and i thought it was worth what we paid. On this particular trip my family took this was the best hotel we stayed at and we were very happy. Would definitely stay again!

Only thing that I say was negative about the property was there continental breakfast it was very slim and what they had they didn’t have but like one or two of each items when you have four in your family, that’s kinda hard and when you asked him the lady at the counter Took 30 minutes before she would go and get something else for us

The hotel was clean and quiet. Place had a couple stains here and there, but that's normal wear. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed 6 nights in a suite. Perfect for what I needed. Not a big breakfast, but sufficient and taste good. Scrambled eggs and link sausage. English muffins, bagels, bread, tiny muffins. Apples, oranges. Cornflakes, FruitLoops, rice crispies, variety of instant oatmeals. Variety of yogurts. Orange and apple juices. Coffees. My favorite thing was the seat at the window above the a/c. I would sit and read with my tea in the morning. My view was of the woods behind the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I spoke to quite a few during my stay. My mother and dad stayed there as well. They arrived the day after I did. When I checked in I asked if we could have rooms close to each other, they made it happen. Thank you!!!

For the breakfast the juice machine was out of order. Also, I could not get the toaster to work. Kinda disappointing on both counts.

The hotel was clean. I wasn't happy about breakfast. There was only one lady who could check in people and cook breakfast. By 8.20, there wereq no eggs or sasuges left. I had to ask her to cook some more. The hotel should have at least 2 people available during breakfast hours.

The room was for handicaps. It had a shower in the tub that was too high to lift your legs to get in. Handicaps room should be on first floor not second or third floor. If a fire get started or the elevator stop we cannot walk down the stairs.

This stay was wonderful! When we checked in they were going to put us on I believe the 4th floor. Which they had elevators, so it wouldn’t have been too bad, but my disabled Mom can’t walk too far at a time. I explained and the young gentleman working the desk explained to me that they could put us on the bottom floor but that’s usually saved for people with animals. I told him none of us had allergies to animals so it worked out great! The room didn’t smell of animals either. Very clean. He also put us close to the door so she wouldn’t have far to walk. They were very accommodating to our needs. The beds were also decent. Definitely better than other places with rock-hard beds. They were not too soft but not too firm.

Overall the stay was pretty darned good. The thing is I am disabled and use an electric wheelchair but I can stand and walk a bit. My accessible room was good. The tub did have a seat and a shower head w/hose but when I was done I looked up and noticed the towels were all the way across the extra large bathroom and since the in tub seat was over the sides of the tub there was no physical way to put the shower curtain inside there and it kind of made a mess. The breakfast was typical Hotel continental breakfast the coffee was pretty awful but there was yogurt and you could toast bagels and toast and there was scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage and other things like cereal and oatmeal and stop so it was adequate and it was clean.
