My stay in Albany, Georgia, was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Several staff members were rude, openly disrespectful, and consistently unprofessional. Some arrived late, while others spent time talking negatively about their coworkers instead of properly assisting guests. The manager made the situation worse by ignoring us and failing to address our concerns. I also experienced behavior from some of the white female staff members that I felt was clearly racist and discriminatory. We were not treated with the same courtesy, professionalism, or respect that every paying guest deserves. The poor management, lack of accountability, and hostile atmosphere made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. This establishment needs serious improvements in staff conduct, punctuality, customer service, and racial-sensitivity training. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

This hotel is in dreadful need of a refreshing upgrade. The beds were overly soft. There was a musty smell throughout, and the lighting in the rooms is terrible. These were serious deficiencies for the price they are asking. I did ask the staff to get a different room and they were extremely helpful. However, even the final room was not as upgraded as it should be. I am disappointed because I spent the prayer night in another chain hotel for a similar price and had a much better Room experience. Once again, however, the staff was great about trying to help

Other than having the worst shower water pressure I have ever experienced in my life (I could have bathed in the sink and been cleaner) the rest of the hotel was pretty good.
