The service at check in was great but the room and hallways of the hotel smelled kinda bad and the room could have been cleaner. The pool area is nice but some of the pool furniture was run down. It was cold as the heater was broken. For the area however, this hotel could be a good value.

It was good and clean. However the one night that we got in the indoor pool the water was so cold we could not stay in it more than ten minutes and the lights were never turned on for the indoor pool until we just said that we were getting out.

Everything was great and a good value! Nice staff. The only suggestion would be to fix the side door at the opposite end of the hotel from the lobby so it closes properly. We found it open several times.

If I can wipe filth off the toilet seat with a swipe of toilet paper, I doubt the seat was cleaned at all. The was a bright red blood stain on one of the sheets. Anyone who has had to wash blood off of a piece of clothing knows the stain does not come out bright red. Everything else was average about this hotel.

As soon as we walked into the lobby it felt dirty. Guest services associate was friendly. We walked into our room and was so thankful we only had one night to stay. It was obvious they tried to cover up the dared and dirtiness with a fresh coat of paint. Didn’t help. Air didn’t cook room off. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Bed was very uncomfortable.

This is an older hotel. The only problem I had was in our room our air/heater did not have an auto on it very outdated. It ran all night long! I did not know until that evening before bed. The clerk I told was willing to change our room but I had only one more night and I did not want to pack everything and unpack then have to pack again. So make sure you check this. Also I had put the do not disturb sign on the door when we left for the day came back and they had came in and made our bed, emptied trash and gave us clean towels. I did not want anyone in my room due to my medication being there but nothing was bothered thank goodness!

TV in room wouldn’t work. Supposed to be fixed for our second night but wasn’t. Also door had no safety lock as screws coming right out. Only bright spot was Amanda who checked us in. She is very personable and helpful. Great asset to company.

Our room had a very sharp smell upon entering which we used room spray for each time we entered. Pillows are the size of throw pillows. Room service only stocked 3 towels for our family of 4 and although they did come replenish and empty trash they never remade the beds. Our comforter had stains on it that looked like a burn mark maybe from an iron or something. Pool room had zero ventilation so the steam was trapped and fell from the ceiling onto everything. Breakfast was ok- smaller than most. Everyone was welcoming and nice.

Great experience! Got into our room and turned the tv on and there was a black line down the screen so we let the front desk know and they immediately switched our room and even upgraded us at no charge for the trouble. Staff was super sweet!

My stay was great. Don't believe the reviews. I believe someone was a little mad, but I had no problem. The room was clean. They were polite at the front desk.. I had accidentally left my phone on the counter of checking in and the older gentleman was kind enough to grab it for me . My stay gets 5 stars.

The Staff was very friendly. However, during our 4 night stay, we only got only one change of towels, coffee, trash pick up. This was the 3rd time we stayed there and we always got better service on these items. I understand not doing a thorough cleaning and bed change or make-up every day but towels, trash and coffee should be changed every day. This was not acceptable. We also saw some bugs in our room. By the way, we paid the same rates as everyone else.

Front desk person on check in was not pleasant at all - bordering on rude. Nothing hot for breakfast. "Fitness Center" was not working and out of order. Overall - would not recommend this location at all.

Location was convenient. Hardly anything for breakfast. No meat,no bagels,no juice. He did bring apple juice when i toldhim there was no juice We went somewhere else and paid forbreakfast, since there was so little to choose.

Location was convenient. Hardly anything for breakfast. No meat,no bagels,no juice. He did bring apple juice when i toldhim there was no juice We went somewhere else and paid forbreakfast, since there was so little to choose.

Unless cleanliness and comfortability are not things you care about, this is NOT the place to stay. We booked for 2 nights, but left after the first. the shower floor felt very unsafe as well as the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the wall on both ends. So much so, you couldn’t fully close the curtain, because it would slip back towards the middle. My parents were going to stay as well, but when they checked in, they were given the room next to ours. and when they walked in, there was major water damage on the ceiling. It looked like it was going to fall in at any moment. They asked for a 2nd room, and needless to say, they didn’t stay in that one either.

The staff were very nice and the room was clean, however they are a pet friendly hotel which apparently means the pets can bark ALL NIGHT long and we cant complain about it because they are pet friendly. There should be rules about animals barking all night to where it wakes up a family of 4 multiple different times.

The staff was great, so no complaints there. My issues are entirely with the state of the room/building. First, it's a smoke free property, yet the hallways reek of cigarette smoke. The room was ok smell-wise, however. Second, the room door *did* lock, but it wouldn't fully close. That didn't make me feel secure. I noticed several of the doors around my room had the same issue. Finally, although the room generally looked clean, the carpet was so filthy that my feet got black just from walking briefly on it during my overnight stay. I've stayed in a lot of these kinds of hotels, so I'm not looking for the Ritz. But I do expect a basic level of security and cleanliness.

My sheets had stains of some sort.....the breakfast was awful ....the beverage ma hine was watered down.....with oatmeal cream pies?! Such disappointment and cheap with improvising
