Que esté más limpio el hotel y que los electrodomésticos funcionen.

El hotel es bonito y muy limpio. El personal es atento y el desayuno bueno. El área alrededor es segura y la cercanía al parque de renta de vehículos es un plus. Lo recomiendo

La alfombra mojada, no fueron a dar servicio en la habitación en ningún momento.

Tuve que cancelar mi viaje por una emergencia en el aeropuerto, hablé al hotel para informar la situación y se negaron a cancelar la reservación y me cobraron un cargo extra

Upon arrival at the airport I called the hotel to request a shuttle to the hotel. The person who answered the phone was unfriendly. When the shuttle arrived at airport pick up point, the driver was rude as well. I learned that he was also the person at the front desk. Upon arrival to the hotel, he said less than 5 words then handed me my room key card. Less than 10 second. Then without another word walked away. It was crazy. I thought I should give him som grace. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Nope. I found my way to the elevator and to room 218. When I opened the door the musty smell was overwhelming. My fault. I reserved the cheapest room available close to the airport. As the room was dark I turned on the lamps and walked to the window. As I stepped in front of the window, I felt water squish under my feet. The PTAC unit was leaking onto the carpet. Ok. That happens. I reach up to open the curtains to let addition light in. The window was shattered and had a 8-10 inch hole in the window. It’s 95 degrees and 90% humidity. I went to the front desk and notified the same rude employee there was a hole in the window. His exact response was, We are aware.” Then he sat down and started scrolling on his smart phone. I asked him why he would knowingly put me in a room with a hole in the window. He became rude again. Rather than elevate the situation I tried to find a hotel near and could not find anything. I barricaded my door because I did not feel safe and the door would not
