Fitness room a joke. Rickety Treadmill from about 1960. Weight machine broken, tv broken. Water dispenser broken. Brought it to manager’s attention and he didn’t seem to care. Housekeeping lady brought me a bottle of water at least. Had to notify mgr no milk at breakfast, not one monitoring it. Room worn but worked ok.

Good overall hotel, clean and pretty convenient to the airport. We used the long term parking at the hotel and the price quoted at the hotel did not match the price listed on Expedia. When I called for the return shuttle from the airport I was told they did not have a shuttle that day and I had to spend extra for transportation back to the hotel.

The bed was clean. That was a plus. The lobby was nice. Continental breakfast was good. The gym was completely non-functional. All machines completely broken. We had to call several times for the shuttle. Eventually, a different hotel shuttle drove us because they felt bad for us waiting so long. It served its purpose of a clean bed for the night before our cruise, that provided a shuttle and a breakfast. It was what we paid for.

Night clerk at check in assured me there was a shuttle in the morning to the airport. She said she reserved me a seat at 10:00. Next morning, the am desk clerk said no shuttle! No reservation. Call a cab! Cost me $30.00. also, the Free Breakfast was a mess, most everything was gone and not refilled! That was around 8 AM.

We had traveled for 30 hours to get here and then had to wait for nearly 2 hours for the shuttle to get us to the hotel. Apparently he had some van troubles, so I get it, but it was bad timing for us. When we got here there were few toiletries other than soap The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful and we highly recommend her but I didn't catch her name.

At check in they told me no shuttle was available for my husband at 6am, that’s the main reason for choosing this hotel was the airport shuttle. Get to the room and the AC was OFF! Like to took our breath away it was so hot in the room. Went to the bathroom and it had an moldy mildew smell

We booked this place because it had good reviews on Hotels.com, but it was a big let down. Cleanliness doesn’t appear to be very important. There was trash outside, the elevator was filthy, and the carpets haven't been vacuumed in a LONG time. The bathroom mirror in our room had toothpaste spatters and there was a gross rag sticking out from under the dresser (which was also broken). The “fitness room” had broken equipment, no towels, no water and no antibacterial wipes/spray. Lights were burnt out in the stairwell and the security door wasn’t latched. It’s not the worse place in the world, but the little things add up. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $20 on a nicer place.

First they all had attitudes when we checked in. Room was dirty, there was hair everywhere. Completely outdated. Sheets had dark and black stains on them. They were dingy. Towels were shredding and dingy. Bathroom was the worst. Mold, mildew and pink stuff in every corner and the shower head. My GAWD, this was horrible but bc I had already paid and it was the last min I had no choice. Tub and shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Then I kept having to ask for fresh towels for 4 people and they kept giving me towels for 3. Towels were dingy so at this point no one uses bleach. The room smelled and freaked of stillness. My whole experience just sucked. I will never stay here or any Comfort Suits again!!!!

The place was livable but I wouldn’t book this room again. The rooms smelled old and moldy and there was mold in the bathroom over the shower. I have an actual video but I can only upload pictures so this is a screenshot from the video.

Made this reservation week of check in. husband checked in midafternoon, Dropped bags off and left to airport for pick up. We all came back to hotel after arriving and checked out almost immediately. The online pictures did not look like what I walked into. The carpet was dusty in the corners and felt almost wet. The table was sticky and dirty, went well with the tray that held the coffee/tea maker thing as that had crumbs, dust and dried sticky substance. The microwave was just nasty. The only two towels in the bathroom had a smell to it. Not dirty per se, more like it had been on a shelf for awhile. The elevator on our floor had a trash can that was overflowing onto the floor. Won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn ever.

Room smelled disgusting when walking in. Room was not cleaned- there was someone’s belt laying on the floor. Bathroom sink had hair on it. Pillows on beds looked old and musty. Check in guy was nice.

The room and hotel was outdated but very drity. Stains on the walls and floors, the smoke detector wasn't connected, wires hung from the wall. Mold in the bathroom. I left the property upon viewing the room. Lost my money but a lesson learned

READ BEFORE BOOKING: Requested a refund and the hotel is giving the hardest time after the rooms were not up to par. Extremely loud pet/must like odor in the rooms covered up by heavy chemicals. Floors were not clean, stains on both the fooor and the bed. Attempted to request another room with the staff and they were unable to guarantee that any of the rooms were clean. Went to the Comfort Inn down the road and they are far better from the service to the hygienic conditions of the hotel.

I stay was fine. The room was clean. It was decent and we weren’t bothered. It was very quiet. The only problem we had is the first room. The air conditioning did not work. Other than that it was great.

Pros: Affordable, close to airport, front desk was prompt and helpful, and has an airport shuttle. Good AC unit and hot water with good water pressure. Continental breakfast. No evidence of bugs. Cons: Tub was a grey dingy color on the bottom, bedsheets had old stains and appeared old/pilled. Bedroom had a large bright stain in the carpet and on the wall that appeared to be Koolaid or something red of similar nature. Second floor hallway smelled like mildew. Very thin walls I could hear the people in neighboring rooms all throughout the night. Overall I probably would not stay here again, but after a long day of flight delays and eventual cancellation, I didn’t have much other option. It worked out as an alright spot to sleep overnight.

That particular room needs a lot of up keep. The shower is falling apart. The doors need replacing, there is light all around the door. The walls are very thin, we heard the whole conversation next door. There was not any shampoo, only conditioner.

Location was convenient since we had an early flight to catch but would not stay here again. I'm a light sleeper and hotel wasn't too busy so I'd never think I would have someone in the adjoining room that would not shut up. I could hear the conversations so walls are paper thin. The room had some patch work that had not been painted, lid on tank was cracked and the caulking around the tub could use some touch up. Front desk clerk was pleasant and beds were comfortable. Weak water pressure in the shower.

The AC in the room didn’t work, there was a long line of complaining guests at the front desk, and the breakfast wasn’t set up at the hours posted. The water dispenser in the breakfast area was broken and sprayed all over the wall. The biggest issue is that the AC simply didn’t work. The power on it was out. A very poor stay.

Front desk was very very very rude... hotel has no irons at least that was told to me. Room smelled really bad.. front desk so rude i will be calling corporate. PLEASE AVOUD THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST.

They are short of staff and our room wasn't prepared even though we arrived 5 hours after check in time. The manager did all he could to make it up to us, however, and we appreciate his efforts.

We had to wait an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up. When we got to the property, they had charged us twice for the room. I showed him the Expedia e mail where one was canceled in advance. He asked that we e mail it to him and he would take it up with the manager, maybe tomorrow, after we were gone. Also hard to deal with a clerk who had limited English skills.

Arrived at 2 am, checked in and the room that was given to us was NOT cleaned/ prepared for new guests. Thankfully staff gave us new rooms for free but then next morning, Badar, went to my friend’s room and gave a nasty attitude about us having those rooms when we booked a double queen (we had 2 separate king bedrooms now) but that was not our fault because why wasn’t our original room prepared??? You knew we were coming. We ended up having to leave those king bed rooms and got a CLEAN 2 queen beds now. Normally, you clean hotel rooms DAILY, beds are made, new/ clean towels, restocked necessities… nope, not here. Also the Expedia information says it’s 4 minutes away from the airport, lied again. It’s actually 14 minutes and their airport shuttle starts at 5am. Our flight was at 5am so couldn’t even use that service. Breakfast was alright, make your own waffles, coffee, cereal, toast. Anyways if you’re looking for a quick, cheap stay, I guess book here.

Night clerk at check in assured me there was a shuttle in the morning to the airport. She said she reserved me a seat at 10:00. Next morning, the am desk clerk said no shuttle! No reservation. Call a cab! Cost me $30.00. also, the Free Breakfast was a mess, most everything was gone and not refilled! That was around 8 AM.

Checking in was so slow! Person was not friendly and kept answering phone while a line waited to be checked in. Calls seemed personal. Room smelled like smoke terrible.

The employee were very nice. I still have one more night on 4/19/25 at the same hotel. We only booked 1 night on 19th, I don’t know why Expedia changed me 2 rooms instead 1 room, please cancelled one extra room booking number 73061723551087. We booked Expedia so many time, I am very disappointed you booked duplicate room for me on 19th this month.

The hotel did not have any blankets. Was told its only 2 blankets in the entire hotel. Asked for towels and was told i could only get 2 for my 1 bed room but my reservation had 2 beds, a king and sofa bed. Which makes 2 beds and 4 people. The front desk was very rude about the towels. Thats unacceptable. Then when i was sitting in the lobby while using the laundry room, i was questioned if i waa staying at the hotel, after already sitting there for an hr. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Would not book again

Person who checked us in claimed the reservation was cancelled then rebooked it and tried to charge us $150 more. Received email several times confirming trip so this didn't make sense, including a reminder the day before by email. Shady.

Our overall stay at this hotel was ok. Hotel staff were not regularly available at the front desk to provide assistance. Housekeeping does not come in to remove trash, provide fresh towels, replenish toiletries, or provide any other routine cleaning services unless you ask them to. Location was convenient for us near the airport.

Simply picked this place because it was near the airport and I was arriving late. Slept through breakfast because they only do it to 9 a.m., so no clue if it’s good or not. Room was decent enough. The outside property was industrial and rather awful. No convenient businesses nearby.

My husband and I stay at many hotels throughout the year and this was one of the worst we’ve stayed at. Usually the reviews are accurate but I do not feel the positive reviews people have left reflect this property. It is located in a more industrial area that is run down, the property itself is old and run down. The walls are very thin and our room smelled nasty. The curtains in it smelled like stale cigarette smoke even though this is a smoke free property…the curtains are old from old smoking days is my guess. The room itself smelled like nasty old food and stinky carpet. I’m okay with older facilities if they are clean but this whole property needs a scrubbing and remodeling. It was just gross. We didn’t have time to even complain and try to find another property because we only had six hours before needing to get up and catch our plane. Left before the breakfast was served so have no idea how that is but I would be concerned to eat anything set out at this hotel. Front desk people when we got in and when we left (different people) were not welcoming or friendly.

The bathroom was large but in need of reno. the room was clean, thanks :) the brand has a higher reputation and / or standards in Canada so a bit disappointing. the website states 4 min from the airport but with the new airport and access it is actually more like 15 to 20 minutes.

This hotel was supposed to offer breakfast but didn't. No fruits, yogurt or anything for that matter. Stayed at this hotel 6days and not once did my room was cleaned. Had to ask for towels every day.

It was a good location as far as proximity to the airport. Hotel didn't seem kept up well. Minor damage not repaired (lampshades) and the common areas needed a good cleaning. Breakfast was ok but was not restocked as things ran out.

The AC in the room didn’t work, there was a long line of complaining guests at the front desk, and the breakfast wasn’t set up at the hours posted. The water dispenser in the breakfast area was broken and sprayed all over the wall. The biggest issue is that the AC simply didn’t work. The power on it was out. A very poor stay.

Only once in 12 days was the breakfast adequate. Every other day something was missing and usually a lot of things were missing. One of those days I stayed, it was just coffee, juice and bagels.

Upon arrival at the airport I called the hotel to request a shuttle to the hotel. The person who answered the phone was unfriendly. When the shuttle arrived at airport pick up point, the driver was rude as well. I learned that he was also the person at the front desk. Upon arrival to the hotel, he said less than 5 words then handed me my room key card. Less than 10 second. Then without another word walked away. It was crazy. I thought I should give him som grace. Maybe he was just having a bad day. Nope. I found my way to the elevator and to room 218. When I opened the door the musty smell was overwhelming. My fault. I reserved the cheapest room available close to the airport. As the room was dark I turned on the lamps and walked to the window. As I stepped in front of the window, I felt water squish under my feet. The PTAC unit was leaking onto the carpet. Ok. That happens. I reach up to open the curtains to let addition light in. The window was shattered and had a 8-10 inch hole in the window. It’s 95 degrees and 90% humidity. I went to the front desk and notified the same rude employee there was a hole in the window. His exact response was, We are aware.” Then he sat down and started scrolling on his smart phone. I asked him why he would knowingly put me in a room with a hole in the window. He became rude again. Rather than elevate the situation I tried to find a hotel near and could not find anything. I barricaded my door because I did not feel safe and the door would not
