Near dome great parking feel safe, but the floor was so dirty my feet were black from shower to bed.

The first room the hotel assigned to me didn't have a working shower or a toilet paper holder. They didn't have another room available for me until late the next day of my stay. That room had multiple holes in the wall, the towel rack had been ripped out of the wall, the bathroom door was ajar where it couldn't be closed, there was no coffee maker, and no ice machine on the premises.

The hot water in tub would not turn on. Tub was filthy. The hotel is right by the on-ramp to interstate and was very noisy all night. There was no restroom to use until we got checked into our room. The manager was not polite about it either. After traveling across the country, this was the worst hotel we stayed in. It was the only hotel that had no breakfast available. They had us pay a $40 cash deposit and would not give us a receipt for this. They were very unprofessional and I would never stay there again. They turned the elevator off that evening and could not get it turned back on the next morning so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. I’ve got health problems and this was not an easy task.

At around $100 a night, it was the cheapest hotel in the area I was searching. The person working the front desk was friendly, helpful, and professional. The free parking lot is located behind the hotel, so it's hidden from the road, and the place is covered with security cameras. I travelled with a "luxury" vehicle and had no problems. The rooms were what I expected. The sheets smelled clean, despite the stains and cigarette burn holes. The room itself was clean on the surface, although less so under the mattresses and anywhere that you need to move something to see. There were NO bedbugs, the AC worked VERY well (brought the room from over 80 to under 70 in about 10-15 minutes), and the wi-fi was faster than many hotels I've stayed at. Final verdict is that this place is worth the price. It certainly isn't a $400/night Hilton, but if you're just looking for a cheap place to rest your head at the end of the day, this place will do the job!

We booked this hotel because it was available and close to the dome. The pictures on Hotels.com must have been taken years ago. The hotel is terribly run down and did not feel safe. The door did not fit the frame, so there was a large gap under it. There were holes in the wall. Some of the rooms had boarded up windows. Most rooms had a bucket under the AC to catch water run-off. There was a distinct smell of pot on the entire property. We checked out after just 1 night and found somewhere else to stay. The staff was courteous, but they are working with nothing to recommend this place.

Needs updating. Tub old. No tissues in the room. Toilet paper on the back of the toilet. 2 towels. 2 wash clothes. 2 hand towels. Ice machine open with debris on top of ice.

Pretty messed up area, floors and facilities are disgusting, surrounding area super dangerous, but cheap..

The place smelled of weed, there were wires down and in water in parming garage. There wad a vomeless person sleeping in stairwell . No blankets on bed. Door wouldnt shut all the way to lock.

Do not recommend. The property was so dirty and unsafe. There was mold on the sheets. And smoking in the room.

Staff was amazing. Room needs significant cleaning and repairs. Disappointed that the toilet wasn’t attached and rocked when using it. Thankfully it didn’t leak. Blood stains on the mattress cover and room/bedding smelled like cigarettes. After showering, we walked barefoot - the floors are not clean.

The property was uninhabitable. The room was smelly and filthy, the fire alarm had been disconnected and the furniture was broken and dirty. I was only there for 30 minutes before I checked out, 25 of which were spent booking another hotel. Additionally Expedia was of no help in resolving this issue. They treated it like I canceled for personal reasons rather than the property being unacceptable for human habitation.

The floors left your feet black if you walked with no shoes, there was no latch for the upper lock and the bathroom was falling apart.

The Inn was only a 4 minute walk from the Dome at America's Center which was nice. The staff was very nice. The Inn itself was a bit sketchy, there were lots of stains on the beds and pillows, it seemed unwashed. The towels for the bathroom were also very stained, the place seemed really unsanitary. Other than that the AC worked well and TV worked fine.

Bed was comfortable and refrigerator worked good. BUT the floor was dirty. Got Black feet walking barefoot. Area looks like it is being renovated, which is good. If it was summer walking distance to the Gateway Arch, since it is under a mile.

I enjoyed my 1-night stay and the room truly was the best value I could find in the perfect location for my trip. The staff was helpful and held on to my bags for me on my last day. I had to leave a $20 deposit for nonsmoking room, and they gave it back to me when I checked out. The hotel is older, has some issues, but is being refreshed. The new owners put in laminate floors, painted, new bedding, and are fixing up things. Some things still need attention, like cigarette burns on the toilet seat. My room looked like the picture. Although the hotel is right across the street from the 5-star Fairmont for +$400/night, they are both next to the busy freeway overpass, and the area in general is kind of sketchy. I would not walk farther north of these hotels. The arch is about a mile south through the touristy area.

The pluses, no bugs and the cheapest in the area. The minuses outweigh the pluses big time! My grandson has walking issues, I asked for a ground floor room or one close the elevator, whichever. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor and the farthest from the elevator. The smoke detector was chirping due to a low battery. I asked them to change the battery, but instead, they just took the detector out of the room completely and never replaced it. Our room was right across from the freeway and there was so much road noise. I would never stay there again, even if it was free! Also, In the office was a sign saying it wasn’t ok to wear ski masks on the property!

Staff was very friendly. It is well located but it’s a very old facility. Room was clean and functional. No WiFi available. You get what you pay: minimum value product. This is a place to sleep and move on.

After a long day on the road, this place was what we needed. Slept like a log. Other guests could learn to quiet themselves down. But that’s not the property’s fault.

Inside the unit was " okay" , not the greatest maintenance. Apparently the 3rd floor is for non- smoking but I can smell cigarette smoke in my unit so either its traveling up from the 2nd level or someone previously smoked in my room. Their was cracked compound in the bathroom and whoever did the compound job did not know what the were doing. Whoever chose the bathroom paint colors makes poor decisions. Ceiling was white but the other 2 colors were two- tone gray, one lighter gray and a darker grey with a dark brown door? The flooring was very nice, good quality vinyl plank and it was very clean. The bed was nice, comfortable and pillows were excellent. The trash can in the unit was a empty bucket from laundry detergent. These are just observations that Mgmt should be made aware of. Every window on the exterior of the facility are very dirty and someone used the wrong cleaner in their attempt at washing them. All the window ledges are also dirty. Mgmt either doesnt follow up on staff and ensure these daily cleaning tasks are getting done well or at all. For all the down time while its slow, MGMT could be doing these cleaning tasks. The carpet on the concrete stairs going up to floor 2 or 3 is filthy and should be removed, after all steps are concrete. It appeared to be quite vacant even for the lowest price in town.I was probably only the 3rd or 4th car in the parking lot. I would say based on the cleaniness & maintenance , it is still overpriced.I smelled alot of weed as wel

Cleanliness was average, however, getting a good night's sleep was very difficult - it seemed that there was a lot of conflict between other guests throughout the 2 nights I was there. These fights were very audible and annoying, and woke me up several times. Finally, I had to change my travel plans and check out one day early. I asked the desk clerk if he could refund me for that unused last night. He then asked me for a tip, which I promptly gave him. He printed out a refund confirmation, however, no such refund has been applied to my credit card (as of today's date - 5 days later).

Absolutely terrible. Half the hotel is burnt down. Horrible accommodations. Was given a room key to someone else’s room. A homeless man came up while we were trying to check in and laid his mattress on the floor. Just disgusting

Great for being downtown. One star deducted for sketchiness, one star added for convenience. If you don't think this is for you, it isn't.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived thinking we could survive a cheap stay but left after 10 minutes. Barbed wire, sketchy characters everywhere, almost under an overpass, room wreaked of smoke with cigarette burns in the bedding (in our non smoking room), and there were stains everywhere… pay the extra hundred bucks elsewhere
