Great stay at The Spring again and happy its open! The old school pool is great with a real deep end, the rooms are cute, kitschy and comfortable and the proximity to our fave bfast spot and good hikes is great. The outdoor space is good for hanging out to read, socialize or watch the birds. We dig it here and qlcome the character of the place!!

The Springs is a wonderful place! The renovations are so well done. We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms all were excellent but the honeymoon suite is my favorite. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The retro vibe of the place is downright adorable. With firepits, grills and a multitude of outdoor activities it was like staying at a mini resort. The staff is wonderful. The Springs is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area so it's quiet and safe but you will need a car to get around. Overall an amazing experience and I wish they were open year round!

The Springs motel was very nice. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. The motel is really cute with the retro vibe. My family loved the firepits outside with some nice seating and corn hole to play. The rooms are clean and neat. The pool is well maintained and cleaned. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely stay with them again.

This place was GREAT. The price was awesome, we stayed over night while traveling to MassMOCA. The rooms were comfortable, clean, the amenities outside were a blast. There was a lovely pool, fire pit, grill, bag toss, and plenty of seating to relax outdoors. The fun funky 70s decor is very charming. Also shot out to the staff, the manager Evva was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable about local restaurants which were good, helpful with my reservation, and a delight to talk to. Would both highly recommend and will return.

Lovely roadside motel just south of Williamstown. Updated rooms with some retro decor…. Loved the green mini- fridge. Fire pits on lawn with wood and starters. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool, not heated.

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great! They have lawn games and a grill to use as well. The location was excellent too. We were right between Williamstown and Pittsfield, which was right where we wanted to be to see shows and museums. The decor is charming. We would definitely stay there again.

Adorable and immaculately clean. This is a super fun aesthetic place to stay. Add a vending machine or two or better - a lobby attendant that stays til 11 and it'll be perfect!! The pool is iconic.

Very cute & unique retro feel to the resort. There’s only breakfast on WEEKENDS ONLY! We arrived on a Monday and was expecting breakfast being included with our room since I paid for it being advertised as such. The young lady at the lobby was kind enough to provide me with some muffins and protein bars that were leftover from the weekend. BEAUTIFUL POOL!! After 7 pm there is NOONE in the lobby and it is self checkin. The cleanliness and property management could’ve been better. There were cobwebs everywhere and the general pickup and maintenance of the property could improve. For example, the pool had a broken umbrella in the guest area which could’ve been removed and the lights kept falling down. There was a bed outside one of the cabins being worked on and trash around and the basement doors wide open ( safety issue). I feel like this resort has great potential to be 5 stars but, better care of the property is needed. GREAT concept, proactive maintenance to sustain it!!

The decor and pool area was nice but the bathroom had mold. The curtain in thr room were also too small for the window which allowed visibility in my room.

Strange check in.. no ID or credit card asked for. No information or instructions offered except “ your room is down that walkway”. The bamboo shades on LARGE back window are useless as they. Don’t offer privacy or room darkening. The “ patio” is also useless as the door to access sticks and the Patio is a small platform facing overgrown brush. The room had lots of spiders and webs including a web containing several dead bugs AND AN EGG SAC CONTAINING 100s of eggs. No one available to checkout. The place has potential.. but owners need to be present and pay more attention to the cleaning.

This is an old roadside motel that the owner has truly turned into the cutest place ever. It’s clean and comfortable and so retro. It reminded me so much of when I was a child traveling with my family and the places we were pulling into overnight. This is a perfect place for a little family to stop With chairs for relaxation and a yard for the kids to play in. Check-in was real easy. we arrived late but the young man at the front desk knew we were coming so he waited for us just so we could get ice since the machine was in the lobby, which was about to be locked up. We really appreciated that extra act of kindness. I would advise you to eat before you get to this motel as you will not find many choices for miles up the road. We went in search of dinner and finally just picked up some fried chicken at the Stop & Shop and brought it back to the room. Also note that breakfast is only served on the weekends here.We enjoyed our one night passing through and would absolutely stay here again.

Still in transition. Apparently the ‘ breakfast available’ (on Expedia ) is only for weekends and the owner?/manager argued with me that it wasn’t supposed to be there. I am disappointed in the room, though attractive, the bedside ‘tables’ are too low to reach~> just small extensions out of the side of the bed. No light near the only work surface; no suitcase holder, no extra comfortable chair, no spare to & the roll is nearly empty)!

We really enjoyed the wonderfully updated Atomic ranch style. It had all the 50’s charm With a nicely updated, modern feel. Rooms were well appointed, clean and great to stay in. Mattress and pillows were comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It’s very cute! But clearly hastily remodeled. Don’t expect high-quality finishes or a brand-new feeling. The bones of the run-down old motel it used to be aren’t far from sight (or smell). Overall, it was a fine stay at a hotel that’s maybe over promising on what it actually delivers. Pretty clean and a comfy bed, though!

Liked the retro vibe ! Rooms are smaller than they appear online but comfortable..the bath is very small/tight. Quiet considering it's close to route 7. Nice motel overall. They have a nice setup outside with picnic tables and fire pits, plenty of seating, etc. Small decks in the back which back up to the woods. Newer mini split systems for heat and AC..Overall nice stay perfect for one person or couple. They don't have breakfast or food right now but plan to in the near future.

Cute kitschy motel. Loved the pool. Staff was super nice. You do have to seek them out though. The rooms weee functional and comfortable. Bed linens could use a little upgrade. Everything seemed a little damp in the room. A major improvement would be a walkway to the rooms so you dont have to cut across the grass. Overall this was a great place to stay for our needs.

The Springs Motel is a property in transition. It has a charming retro motel feel that is reminiscent of days gone but, and if you look past the rough edges of age, you’ll see it has great potential to be a great stop on a scenic New England road trip. And the new owners seem to be making the necessary investments. We stayed three nights in late June 2024 and found our room to be comfortable, clean, and outfitted with the essential conveniences (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV). The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during checkin and throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings are limited but decent. We would likely stay at The Springs Motel again if our travels take us to that part of Massachusetts again.

It reminded me so much of when I was a child traveling with my family and the places we were pulling into overnight. This is a perfect place for a little family to stop With chairs for relaxation and a yard for the kids to play in. Check-in was real easy. we arrived late but the young man at the front desk knew we were coming so he waited for us just so we could get ice since the machine was in the lobby, which was about to be locked up. We really appreciated that extra act of kindness. I would advise you to eat before you get to this motel as you will not find many choices for miles up the road. We went in search of dinner and finally just picked up some fried chicken at the Stop & Shop and brought it back to the room. Second time staying at the Springs under it's new ownership and was pleasantly delighted to see the vibe was intact from the previous renovation. I love the roadside motel feel, only wish I could park right outside my door. It was too cold to enjoy the pool and it rained so couldn't enjoy the outdoor spaces but love the amenities. The new owner Brian was so nice to chat with. He was super accommodating when we noticed a leak in our room, he immediately moved us to another room. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the northern part of the Berkshires, it's close to Tanglewood, Mt Greylock, Jiminy Peak, the MoCa and so affordable compared to other places in the area.

The Springs motel was very nice. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. The motel is really cute with the retro vibe. My family loved the firepits outside with some nice seating and corn hole to play. The rooms are clean and neat. The pool is well maintained and cleaned. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely stay with them again.

This place was GREAT. The price was awesome, we stayed over night while traveling to MassMOCA. The rooms were comfortable, clean, the amenities outside were a blast. There was a lovely pool, fire pit, grill, bag toss, and plenty of seating to relax outdoors. The fun funky 70s decor is very charming. Also shot out to the staff, the manager Evva was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable about local restaurants which were good, helpful with my reservation, and a delight to talk to. Would both highly recommend and will return.

Very cute & unique retro feel to the resort. There’s only breakfast on WEEKENDS ONLY! We arrived on a Monday and was expecting breakfast being included with our room since I paid for it being advertised as such. The young lady at the lobby was kind enough to provide me with some muffins and protein bars that were leftover from the weekend. BEAUTIFUL POOL!! After 7 pm there is NOONE in the lobby and it is self checkin. The cleanliness and property management could’ve been better. There were cobwebs everywhere and the general pickup and maintenance of the property could improve. For example, the pool had a broken umbrella in the guest area which could’ve been removed and the lights kept falling down. There was a bed outside one of the cabins being worked on and trash around and the basement doors wide open ( safety issue). I feel like this resort has great potential to be 5 stars but, better care of the property is needed. GREAT concept, proactive maintenance to sustain it!!

Love what has been done to preserve this vintage motel. Super cute, lots of nice outdoor spaces to enjoy. Unfortunately lobby, bar, outdoor bar were all closed when we arrived at 9pm on a Friday night. Had to call hotel number to get check in info. This would’ve been problematic if my phone didn’t work since I didn’t get a message or text about check in prior.

Strange check in.. no ID or credit card asked for. No information or instructions offered except “ your room is down that walkway”. The bamboo shades on LARGE back window are useless as they. Don’t offer privacy or room darkening. The “ patio” is also useless as the door to access sticks and the Patio is a small platform facing overgrown brush. The room had lots of spiders and webs including a web containing several dead bugs AND AN EGG SAC CONTAINING 100s of eggs. No one available to checkout. The place has potential.. but owners need to be present and pay more attention to the cleaning.

The Springs Motel is a property in transition. It has a charming retro motel feel that is reminiscent of days gone but, and if you look past the rough edges of age, you’ll see it has great potential to be a great stop on a scenic New England road trip. And the new owners seem to be making the necessary investments. We stayed three nights in late June 2024 and found our room to be comfortable, clean, and outfitted with the essential conveniences (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV). The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful during checkin and throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings are limited but decent. We would likely stay at The Springs Motel again if our travels take us to that part of Massachusetts again.

Great stay at The Spring again and happy its open! The old school pool is great with a real deep end, the rooms are cute, kitschy and comfortable and the proximity to our fave bfast spot and good hikes is great. The outdoor space is good for hanging out to read, socialize or watch the birds. We dig it here and qlcome the character of the place!!

The Springs is a wonderful place! The renovations are so well done. We've stayed 3 times in 3 different rooms all were excellent but the honeymoon suite is my favorite. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The retro vibe of the place is downright adorable. With firepits, grills and a multitude of outdoor activities it was like staying at a mini resort. The staff is wonderful. The Springs is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area so it's quiet and safe but you will need a car to get around. Overall an amazing experience and I wish they were open year round!

Liked the retro vibe ! Rooms are smaller than they appear online but comfortable..the bath is very small/tight. Quiet considering it's close to route 7. Nice motel overall. They have a nice setup outside with picnic tables and fire pits, plenty of seating, etc. Small decks in the back which back up to the woods. Newer mini split systems for heat and AC..Overall nice stay perfect for one person or couple. They don't have breakfast or food right now but plan to in the near future.

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was great! They have lawn games and a grill to use as well. The location was excellent too. We were right between Williamstown and Pittsfield, which was right where we wanted to be to see shows and museums. The decor is charming. We would definitely stay there again.

Still in transition. Apparently the ‘ breakfast available’ (on Expedia ) is only for weekends and the owner?/manager argued with me that it wasn’t supposed to be there. I am disappointed in the room, though attractive, the bedside ‘tables’ are too low to reach~> just small extensions out of the side of the bed. No light near the only work surface; no suitcase holder, no extra comfortable chair, no spare to & the roll is nearly empty)!

Check-in was real easy. we arrived late but the young man at the front desk knew we were coming so he waited for us just so we could get ice since the machine was in the lobby, which was about to be locked up. We really appreciated that extra act of kindness. I would advise you to eat before you get to this motel as you will not find many choices for miles up the road. We went in search of dinner and finally just picked up some fried chicken at the Stop & Shop and brought it back to the room. Also note that breakfast is only served on the weekends here.We enjoyed our one night passing through and would absolutely stay here again.
This is an old roadside motel that the owner has truly turned into the cutest place ever. It’s clean and comfortable and so retro. It reminded me so much of when I was a child traveling with my family and the places we were pulling into overnight. This is a perfect place for a little family to stop With chairs for relaxation and a yard for the kids to play in. Adorable and immaculately clean. This is a super fun aesthetic place to stay. Add a vending machine or two or better - a lobby attendant that stays til 11 and it'll be perfect!! The pool is iconic.

Good location for us, 10 minutes to the bike trail. Wifi was very spotty, alerted the front desk , which said it would reset the router and it was worse. They should upgrade their bandwidth.

This old retro motel has all the conveniences of a motel. Nice room. Outdoor pool was great for adults and kids. Fire pit at night. Comfortable bed. Lobby bar area was really nice and clean. Simple breakfast options were perfect.

The door handle and door mechanism in my room was covered in dust. The door to the bathroom had a hard time closing because it was warped. There was a large stain on the rug. There was a spider on the curtains. I left after one night of a two night stay.

The beds were super comfortable! It is a motel so things are older but everything looked to have a nice personal touch and we wanted that. Very cute and would stay there again!
