Here’s a great 5-star review you can use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Mercure Warszawa Airport! The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was great and everything was well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The location is very convenient for the airport, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Mercure warsaw airport is uitstekend

VERY MUCH NOT WORTH THE 130 EUR PLUS 28 EUR MORE FOR BREAKFAST. It was FAR from a 4 - star experience. Very much a 2 star. I had an overall not good experience there in just about every single way, other than the bed being of decent quality, and, the heater not turning off every few 1 to 2 hours, like MANY HOTELS are now doing, as if you will not notice! WHATEVER. That is the only good thing I can say, honestly! 1. HOTELS.COM profile page for Mercure Warszawa Airport says -80 percent ORGANIC food-, AND THAT IS A LIE. I have bad health, from past medical damage, so, I eat strictly organic foods, and have done so for many years now! You cannot trick me. I know what good food looks like, tastes like, etc. I paid for the breakfast, and, the night before, paid for 2 burgers, and it was far from organic grade quality. I tried to ask the front desk in the morning, to please just tell me what , if anything is organic, and his reply was that they are Green certified. What a joke. Great, you use LED bulbs, and have everything turn off on auto setting. How should I care about that at all? I need quality of service, especially at a 4 star, 130 EUR a night hotel. Also, In room refridgerator was TOTALLY BROKEN. Shower in bathroom had cheap office ceiling, which is NOT for a wet area or bathroom. Clearly had water damage, and it is of no surprise to me!! Will never return.

Beautiful, clean hotel. Hotel took care of transport to and from the airport. We did have to call the hotel at an international number to schedule the airport pickup, but the hotel where we met the pickup helped withe call and the arrangements. Restaurant has vegan options and wait staff was knowledgeable. Front desk was nice and helpful. Location is convenient. Room is nice and clean. Recommend.
