Family of 4 staying for 4 nights. Only booked on a BB basis as using hotel for a base for the theme park and knew we would be out all day. Pros - Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with wide variety including fresh fruit. Rooms cleaned to a high standard and public areas also very clean. Beds comfortable. Cons - Walls in the room were paper thin, could hear every movement and conversation from next door. Air conditioning was terrible rooms were so hot. Only mirror was in the bathroom, makes getting ready with 4 people a pain. No pool towels are provided and having to pay for a hotel to store your luggage is not something I have had to do before in any hotel. Would return to use as a base again as price was very cheap for BB.

Great location, easy check-in/check-out, spacious room, free transport to/from port-aventura. Room smelled really badly of tobacco smoke which wouldnt go after opening balcony doors for long time. Hotel was full so couldnt change room. Breakfast buffet was included in the room price but quality was poor and very limited options for veggie/vegan.
