Positive points: possibility of late check-in and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Negative points: I understand it’s an accommodation with shared areas, which can sometimes lead to misuse by certain guests, but the bathroom was dirty, with clearly ingrained dirt that had been there for a long time — meaning the host’s cleaning is extremely poor. The shower stall was disgusting, with a lot of built-up grime. The kitchen was also dirty. The room, although spacious, has a poor and dysfunctional furniture layout, with the double bed against the wall and far from the power outlets. In addition, there were several mosquitoes and other small bugs. The room smelled musty, and the blankets were thrown inside the wardrobe, not folded. Although the street seemed quiet, it was poorly lit, and the entrance to the house felt strange. A tourist tax of €4 per person per night was charged, which was not mentioned in the reservation. Moreover, the tax is supposed to apply to the city of Venice, but the accommodation is located in Marghera. I only stayed there because I had booked a non-refundable reservation. I don’t recommend it! Very bad!

Une chambre et un lit. C'est tout. Ni lampe de chevet, une salle d'eau collective minimaliste. Une cuisine sans équipement, pas de four micro onde comme annoncé, un four non fonctionnel et une taxe supplémentaire non prévue. Je déconseille

La struttura si è rivelata deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Il bagno era in comune, anche se questo non era chiaramente indicato nella descrizione. Inoltre, era richiesto di gettare la carta igienica in un cestino accanto al WC, cosa poco igienica e scomoda. La cucina risultava inutilizzabile e, cosa ancora più grave, mancava l'acqua calda. Era tutto sporco, l'unica cosa pulita (forse) erano i lenzuoli. Anche se il prezzo è contenuto, l’esperienza complessiva è stata negativa. Non lo consiglio.

Very nice host, location very okay. Could have been a bit cleaner, shared kitches had neacessary tools. Shared Bathroom was okay. Overall good spot. Thanks

No alojamento supostamente teríamos acesso à cozinha, onde consta no anúncio que tem micro-ondas (que não existe na realidade) e placa de fogão (que tem um anúncio no local que não se pode usar). Portanto só tivemos acesso ao frigorífico. Existe indicação de proibido fumar, e o cheiro que se sente por todo o alojamento é cheiro a tabaco. O quarto é grande, porém o sistema de aquecimento não funcionava. Deveria pagar de taxa de turismo 1.5 euros por pessoa, e foi-nos cobrado 4 euros por pessoa no local.
