Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston / West Energy Corridor

My stay was terrible. My room key kept getting demagnetized and one of my days there I was locked out of my room the whole day because my rooms keys wouldn’t work. The sink in the bathroom was broken as well so my 2 nights staying there I had to brush my teeth either in the bathtub or I had to use a bottle of water. There was also no WiFi so I couldn’t even use my laptop that I brought with me. Also one of the lamps in the room was broken and one of the painting that was hanging on the wall ended up falling into one of the beds. Overall I didn’t enjoy my stay at the hotel at all

Smelled like marijuana, elevator broken, hard mattress, broken shower knob, staff was very rude!

The door to the room was misaligned so the security lock didnt work. The cover for the peephole was not on the door. The window was not locked securely when I entered the room. There was a main light in the bathroom lighting the mirror area that was glutching out indicating an electrical problem. The bedside lampndid not have a bulb in it. When I brought the lock to the atyentuom of the front desk man he had the nerve to ask if it was broken before or after I got into the room.

Cereal, muffins and coffee so dark you couldn’t drink it, doesn’t sound like my kind of “breakfast”. And the coffee wasn’t even hot.
