Don't even bother coming here if you plan on enjoying the hot tub, because it doesn't exist. Room was nice on a good note if you just need a place to sleep.

The beds were comfortable except the couch pull out was a very poor mattress. The pool was not heated so very cold and was really dirty. No supervision of any adults letting their children do what the wanted at pool. Had a 2 & 4 year old with us that could not even swim due the older children trying to jump,splash,& hit and kick them purposely to have total control. no towels for pool.

My only real complaint is the condition of the fitness equipment. Couldn't get much of a workout with things broken. Also the microwave tray was missing. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Staff was super friendly. I however was super disappointed by the fact it says that there is a hot tub and even shows having a hot tub but there isn’t one. The stay was super average and paying as much as I did I feel like I could have went anywhere else and has a better experience. It’s disappointing looking forward to something to find out they don’t even have it. Could have gotten a hotel closer to the beach.

The television did not work, when we informed the front desk worker, the individual stated they had been having problems with the television in that particular room. When we inquired about another room we told they were booked and couldn't change our room, and because we booked through a 3rd party service (Travelocity) credit couldn't be added or charges couldn't be deducted from final bill balance. We booked a suite that is advertised on Travelocity as well as Comfort Suites' own site as sleeps 6 people, we are a family of 6. The advertised "full size pull out sofa" did not have bedding on it and no bedding was provided for it anywhere in the room like it normally is, which caused for another trip to the front desk to request for bedding for the pull out, we were given a fitted sheet, flat sheet and what was referred to as a comforter that was thinner than the room's sheer window treatments and advised other than another flat sheet, inventory didn't allow for anything more to be given per management.... not even a single pillow. As if any of the previously mentioned unsatisfactory issues weren't enough, we spent the night in full combat mode, fighting roaches that had us out numbered by far and flanking us from every direction. At over $200 a night this experience has truly been our worse nightmare!!!

The overall stay was good. The property was seemingly clean, however the coffee maker in our room was infested with baby roaches. We killed about 20 of them over the course of the 3 night stay. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk they did not really seem bothered. We did not let it ruin our trip because we are very easy going, but after we told them about it they also just stopped coming to clean our room. Anyway...

The room was big and the building was quiet. When we got to our room, there was obvious dirt and garbage on the carpeting. We contacted the front desk and he brought up a vacuum and swept the floor himself. The hardwood floor also left the bottoms of our socks black after walking on it.

While the staff was great, the hotel itself was in poor condition, the carpet was filthy. My 9 month old was crawling on the floor in our room and his pant knees looked like they’d been grease stained. There was mold on the bathroom and on the shower curtain. The dining area was ok, but understaffed.

Air conditioning made obnoxious noise all night. I’m not one to complain but I took a video to confirm. No sleep what so ever which makes it difficult when you have to work early in the morning. I’m also one to never leave bad reviews but I feel this was warranted.

Run down, lots of stains on bedding and couch. Smoky. Peeling wallpaper. Had no blankets for sofa sleeper as they said they ran out. Had trouble with late check out since the check in person didn’t put the note in a place they could easily find it the next morning.

My experience was overall good, the price was reasonable and worth it. The scenery and location was good, there were a lot of stores in the vicinity of hotel so you didn’t have drive far . The hotel was clean and quiet, all devices were up to date and operable, very comfortable beds, I sleep like a baby. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend you book at this hotel.

Clean large room with nice bed and shower. Breakfast was great with many choices. Fitness room ok. The weights perfect. Treadmill a little off but manageable. Very friendly staff. Very quiet!!!

The room was beat up, laminate peeling off furniture weird hard pieces of something in the bed, small pillows, breakfast was gross burnt bacon, no eggs or biscuits and the lady serving it was incredibly rude.

We had an amazing time at the hotel the children enjoyed the pool. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

My experience was overall good, the price was reasonable and worth it. The scenery and location was good, there were a lot of stores in the vicinity of hotel so you didn’t have drive far . The hotel was clean and quiet, all devices were up to date and operable, very comfortable beds, I sleep like a baby. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend you book at this hotel.

Clean room. Easy check in. Pool was ok (very chlorinated and indoor pool room was hot). Breakfast was decent. Beds were super comfortable. Someone on our floor was smoking weed and it would permiate into the rooms but that wasn't the staffs fault. Definitely would stay here again.

Employee at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast lady very friendly and helpful too. Loved the omelets ans sausage links.

This is a nice hotel. Had a king bed suite which was very comfortable, room stays cool which I enjoyed that but you can keep ac on auto and it will kick on when needed. The bathroom was small, had to close the door to sit on commode or take a shower. Had plenty of towels/washclothes. The breakfast area was not configured right and is small and very crowded. Has 1 waffle maker which always had a long line of people waiting for. You had choice of type of eggs, meat and buscuit the 2 days we were their.. Also had 3 types of cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, coffee, pastry, milk and orange juice. You always felt like in the way of the worker who was restocking area as food ran out as the employee door is right in the middle of breakfast area.

I’m just gonna get straight to the point. For check-in to be 3 PM, I arrived at 12:45 AM, which is more than enough time for the room to have been PROPERLY CLEANED!!! The room smelled wet!! The refrigerator was broken. It was stains on the couch !! Hair on the couch. The sheets had holes in them!! Stains!!! Lint balls!!! The rug still had trash on it!! I requested a room with a microwave and a refrigerator. The microwave smelled like old food and the refrigerator was broken, and it had old water bottles that someone had drank out of!! My kids and I had to lay on top of our own blankets that we brought! The sheets had us itching all night!! I WILL NEVER EVER IN LIFE STAY IN THAT RAGGEDY INFESTED MOTEL AGAIN!!! I wouldn’t host a dead dog’s funeral there!!!!

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were fine. Unfortunately, that was about the extent of the positives for us. We paid around $102/night, and while I understand this is a more budget-friendly hotel, the overall cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing. The hotel felt grimy and poorly maintained, and the room itself was outdated and just “fine” at best. I generally felt uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room, to the point that I questioned using the shower and didn’t feel confident that the bedding was as clean as it should have been. On our second night, we also woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke, presumably from someone smoking in another room despite the hotel being clearly marked as non-smoking. I don’t necessarily fault the staff for another guest choosing to ignore the rules, but it definitely made an already disappointing stay worse. Ultimately, this felt like a true budget hotel, and you get what you pay for. If you’re simply looking for an inexpensive place to sleep, it may be fine. Personally, I’d recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere cleaner and better maintained.
