The property was dirty: found dirty cutleries in the dish wash, taps were not cleaned with a lot of grime and stain in Rain shower is broken Shower head was leaking: this could be fixed easily and low price, but they chose to ignore it Property is not described: there are 2 flats for rental in this booking, and the pictures showing both of them. Of course, they showed more of the upper floor one. The ground floor (same price) was what we booked and disappointing One toilet paper only for 2 persons 2 nights Customer service is bad: reported the problem, ignoring most of them

Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break.

The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors permeate the bedroom pillows and covers. The place does not provide any tea or coffee as an amenity. The shower head leaks from above. Truly a shame!
