Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos, el apartamento, tenia 2 cazuelas y tres tapaderas, no sartenes, no escoba, no fregona, la luz de la habitación funcionaba un lado si otro no, armario rota la puerta, en el baño no cerraba la puerta también rota, la ducha no había donde colgarla no podías ducharte, NO Cafetera, y lo peor estaba en un 6 piso el ascensor solo llega hasta el 5 las ESCALERAS DE SUBIDA SIN LUZ teníamos que usar las de los teléfonos y estábamos solos enfrente de carboneras que estaban abiertas y daba mucho miedo....

Such a cool and unique hotel! The airplane seats were such a fun touch, and there were so many small, on-theme details throughout the hotel that made the whole experience really memorable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design. For the price, it was honestly a fantastic value. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived exactly at the check-in time (3 pm), there was nobody around to let us in. We called the phone number on the reservation note . We were told that our room was not clean, thus not ready, not apologies or at least "sorry". They told that he reception was in another building, a few blocks away and and we needed to get there for the keys of the room. We did go there for the keys, still no apologies for the unready room. We waited outside for 100 minutes until our room was cleaned although we were very tired due to our flight etc. Moreover, on the check-out day, the check-out time was 10 am, and I requested them a bit late check-out as we wanted to see the city more, by also reminding the late check-in caused by them. However, they did not accept this and told that it was only possible if we paid extra money. Of course we did not pay more money.
