我曾經在八月入住這間酒店已給我一個很好的印象,所以便策劃聖誕假期再入住這間非常舒適的酒店。

Foi incrível a minha estadia no Andakira Hotel. Suíte muito espaçosa, limpa e bonita, funcionários receptivos e educados. Voltarei mais vezes, com certeza!

Andakira Hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I could not bear the constant odor from untreated sewage while staying in my room, and having breakfast at the cafeteria. On the first morning, I even had to jump over a large puddle of water in the hallway outside my room. Moreover, the view from my room was such an eyesore. I was looking at a garbage dump and abandoned buildings the whole time. I kindly asked for a refund after the first night, as my stay was uncomfortable. However, after Expedia contacted them several times on my behalf, they still refused to grant me a refund. Do yourself a favor and book a nicer hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Patong. That's exactly what I did. My only regret was choosing Andakira Hotel in the beginning.
