Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. It’s under renovation but the web site doesn’t mention that. The elevators don’t work. The pool is closed, again not mentioned on the web site. I booked a room with a balcony and an ocean view… I got a balcony on the first floor ( knee injury, can’t do stairs) with a view of a wall and a road. The room temp was set at 66… too cold for me so I turned it to 74 before I went to bed. The entire floor was wet with condensation and no carpet or anything on the floor… almost fell multiple times. The was a hair that was clearly visible on the bathroom counter that was definitely not mine and I was the only one in that room. They don’t have ice buckets or cups in the room. The staff was less than helpful. Don’t stay there!!!

We chose this hotel largely because it had a pool and seemed like a great option for our family with two young kids. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we checked in, the hotel’s system was down, which made the process take much longer than it should have. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, and we were assigned a room on the third (top) floor. Carrying luggage and everything needed for two young children up and down three flights of stairs was far from ideal. The biggest disappointment was that the pool was closed. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, and we were never informed of the closure beforehand. Because our check-in wasn’t completed correctly in the system, I also couldn’t access the Wi-Fi for the entire first day since the login required my last name and room number, which weren’t properly registered. The staff was polite, but the combination of the broken elevator, closed pool, delayed check-in, and lack of Wi-Fi significantly impacted our stay. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Came into my room and the bathroom smelled like pee. I complained to front desk and they sent someone with a deodorizer spray. The smell came back an hour later. They lady wouldn’t come into the room to look at the bathroom or even bring a mop to clean the bathroom. We just checked in mins ago. The next day I complained to staff at the front desk about what happened and the front desk lady was rude trying to pin point she wasn’t the problem and when I told we we were checking out she said we will clean it up then. What about cleaning it up from the last person. We walked on our beach towns the whole floor of the bathroom the whole stay. I asked to speak to manager and he was unable and was told he would call me back. He hasn’t. This was at the Spark Hilton in OBX. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND STAYING THERE EVER. I also had a room with a window just to view a hallway. Stupid. It’s a beach area.
