Dusit Buncha Koh Tao by Riya Group

Big place on a hill, uncomfortable to get around. The place lies far away from centrum. Everything on the hotel was more expensive compared to all other restaurants and hotels. They even charge you for water and renting snorkels equipments. The only positive thing is the view, but honestly, you can get it from other hotels as well and for better standards that cost cost less :)

The staff was very friendly and the resort itself was very nice and pretty, but everything around it was not well thought out. Most problematic was the water preassure in the shower, it almost felt like a joke. It took me almost 2 minutes just to get my hair wet. The electricity gave out surprisingly often. The bathroom door doesn't offer any privacy and the sink was built so badly it was nearly impossible to use. Ordering anything in the resort was expensive even in resort standards. I understand such places are expensive, but it was above the norm. And to top that they charge you 10% service and 5% card fee.

Everything was great, staff were fantastic, restaurant had great food, room was stunning & views spectacular!
